    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a doll for Christmas with guaranteed delivery by Christmas and it arrived the following day. I have since returned the doll, it was delivered to American Girl mid-January after a 2 week shipping via ****** It is now February 12th and I have yet to see a refund. When I call **************** I'm told they are still processing returns from mid-December, which is when they were processing returns from the last time I called 3 weeks ago. If you order from them expect a LONG shipping time and better hope you like it since you won't see a refund for MONTHS!

    I ordered a doll for my daughter for her birthday and the hair is so matted and falling out. I followed all the brush tips on the website. Her hair is AWFUL. I left a review and customer service contacted me but they refuse to give a partial refund due to her hair being messed up. My daughter is super attached to the doll so I dont want to get her a new one. I sent multiple photos of her hair. A terrible quality product for a high price tag. Save your money and get a My generation doll from Target for a fraction of the price. Those dolls at least have good quality hair. Such a disappointment.

    Placed an internet order on Dec. 16 expecting it to arrive by Christmas. During the checkout process there was no delivery date displayed. Later same day I had to create an account to track the order and when I checked it stated the order was unfulfilled and was expected to arrive Jan. 5. I used Affirm to check out, which isn't accepted in stores, however, is online. I contacted them at the 800 number from their website to cancel or expedite the order. They informed me the order would not ship until the Dec. 21 and they had "no way" to cancel (or apparently expedite) the order. The best they could tell me was to wait until it shipped to see what the updated delivery would be. She stated it's December and the warehouse in ********* is backed up. I told her this is 2022 and this is very poor business and internet fulfillment with not being able to cancel an order that isn't even going to ship for 6 days. It is obviously just an underhanded tactic to ship the order and take the chance you'll return it, especially if it doesn't arrive in time. The only positive takeaway is they did at least inform me the return would be 100% money back (we'll see).
