1 starI can't believe I have to give them one star to post this. I was scammed and fraudulently charged for a subscription I never agreed to and was never notified about. I took advantage of a one-time low price for a skin care system about a month and a half ago. Today, when I'm not even halfway through the products I ordered, they charged my account for the amount I originally paid, plus an additional half of that dollar amount on top of it. I have never received any email about this at all. I checked after placing the order and again today, nothing. I called to cancel and used chat to confirm the cancellation. Now, after reading these reviews, I'm very concerned about future charges. I don't recommend using your bank account if you do order from them, especially if you live paycheck to paycheck like I do. They offered no information about how I could have agreed to this, refused to try to cancel the order before shipping (I guess they ship and charge later?...). The only option they offered was a refund if I paid out of pocket to return the shipment upon arrival. I will be disputing this with my bank, and hopefully, there is something I can do to prevent future charges.Review fromMs K S.

1 starNot acceptable practices and question of business is left?I ordered this product online from Westmore beauty and there is no record of an order number anywhere No tracking information, no order number, no customer service help. How am I supposed to return this unwanted product that arrived that is no longer needed or wanted. I did not open and I want to return it but cant do so on your website portal because I have no order number (after emailing multiple times and calling multiple times to be sent in a circle) to look up.Seems to me thats how you run your shady business - not giving people the option to return Because they cant reach you nor do it themselves. Send me information on how to send this product back to you You claim its a 30 day mo ey back guarantee. I didnt even open these products yet I cant find an order number to generate a return myself. I have tried multiple times to cancel subscription since I dont have the budget for this and the **** wont cancel but only offering to postpone shipment for a month. I keep getting the run around and no **** will cancel my order. I am losing my job and dont have it in the budget. It is under ******** for perricone md or under guthy renker. Seems to be a long list of same issues. I called to cancel all orders and return products for full refund. The person I spoke with said to just send product back and they would issue a refund in 3-5 business days. I asked for a RMA number and was told to call back with the tracking number and they would submit that for tracking refund. They added with they would refund the full amount, we will have to pay shipping, and that will postpone the next shipment till August 18th 2025. Apparently they don't actually cancel orders but postpone locking you into a never ending auto ship ********* others have said, Do not order this product you will be charged with no way of canceling as they claim on their 60 day money back guarantee.What legitimate company does not offer a RMA number for their tracking to know what to do with the package??Guthy-Renker, LLC

We do want to ensure members are aware of all of their options and benefits available with our flexible membership program, as auto-delivery is a convenient and affordable way to achieve and maintain your skincare goals; additionally, we want to ensure that customers are able to clarify any questions at the time cancellation is processed. Postponement is offered at times depending on a customers reason for cancelling.
Regarding an RMA number,those are no longer required for a return; to simplify the process we now ask customers to just include with the return a copy of their invoice or the name and full shipping address where order was sent.

Your Crepe Eraseaccount was cancelled per your request on 12/4/24 but your 2nd full-size shipment had already been shipped 11/30/24. The cost of that 90-day kit was split into 3 installments to be billed over 3 months with the first payment charged when the kit shipped. Please understand that while cancelling an account stops all future shipments, it does not cancel the balance due for orders already shipped prior to cancellation; they will continue to bill until paid in full or are returned for credit within the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Since there were no returns reflected on your account that last shipment continued to bill as scheduled until paid in full.
Rest assure your Crepe Eraseremains closed with a zero balance. Nothing further will be shipped or billed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered this sample product for my mother to try and have been unable to cancel since. The sample purchase hooks you into paying $300. The customer service *** told me I could not cancel and that I would be charged monthly until paid in full but assured me they would not continue after final payment! WRONG! They set me up on a whole new plan and have charged me again. I called to cancel again and received an email for my cancellation request and still owe $169.86 for no product. Our records reflect that when you contacted us on 5/10, your first automatic replenishment kit was already being processed for shipment and could not be stopped. The cost and 3 installment billing for this 90-day supply was explained. You were informed of the remaining two payments and accepted a postponement of the next shipment until October instead of cancellation. When you chatted with us again on 6/26 this information was confirmed, and you were informed of the remaining payment scheduled for 7/14 and next shipment date when shipping and billing would resume.
The next shipment was sent 10/4, another 90-day supply with the cost split into 3 installments. Your account was cancelled per your request on 10/5, and information was provided regarding the shipment that was in route. Crepe Erase didnt make any difference ARMT ALL for the month and 1/2 I faithfully tried it, 2xs a day. Dissatisfied, I packed up the the tubes, creams, jar with partial amounts still left. Shipped it back for my guaranteed refund- they ghosted me. No communication. They are dishonest in advertising, and S far as their guarantee.
