  Nexon just released a game and have no option for support on there site for it, when trying to delete my account from the ********************** customer support its made to give you the run around so you cant file support tickets it keeps sending me to the same place f*** this company

  Nexon is a terrible indie company being by run by incompetent ****************** Also one of companies who has been in trouble for FRAUD and has been sued repeatly by the playerbase. They will not share the information with you if you get account suspended or chat blocked if you tried to find out the why. Claimed it is a part of their "privacy of internal investigation YADA YADDA YADA."

  Terrible customer service Ive spent 5 months waiting on an issue to be resolved that prevents me from playing the full game of mabinogi. They condescendingly talk to you and they even refuse to compensate you after spending over 1K on this game and being a loyal customer since 2008. Im still waiting

  An example of a corporation that pretends like they care about their playerbase. For one, every single one of the games they put out has predatory pay-to-win aspects implemented. That wouldn't be the worst thing as many games today follow this model, however it's also plagued by horrible customer service and game administration. Legitimate players are often suspended/banned for often no reason. The only time they'll really put any effort into investigating said actions is if you invest a significant amount of money into their game(s). If you haven't invested at least $1000 you're out of luck and your request is basically thrown instantly into the trash (that's assuming if it even sees human eyes to begin with which I highly doubt). Even with evidence and proof against actions against your account, they'll 9/10 say it's not evident enough unless stated above, you spent a good amount of money with them. In addition to all this, more recently, they've sent police to raid a small game company of ex employees several times that decided to purse a project Nexon abandoned before it even reached to consumer marketplace (this game being Dark and Darker and company Ironmace). Each of these raid finding no wrongdoing or stolen materials. Yet they still make bold claims of code theft with no proof because they refuse to provide their own code to easily dismiss this. Even worse, they've now filed a lawsuit against Ironmace again, with no proof and ridiculous claims as a means to put them out of business due to spite. This is especially hilarious as they recently released a game that is almost a exact copy of popular game '***************' but with of course pay-to-win aspects included. I wouldn't say I'm surprised that this is the route they're going as stated before they're soul-less corporation that only cares about the bottom dollar rather than their playerbase. Avoid them like wildfire if you value you money/time.

The reason is always that you use a third party.
