    This company advertises as 105 parking, however, the correct business name on their shuttles, website and building is South Bay parking. To my understanding, 105 was sold to them and the new entity is using their advertising and reviews.This is misleading, as they do not operate as advertised. They only have one shuttle thar runs over 60 minutes or longer (not ***** as advertised). Then the company charges a late fee for their own service delays. Customers booking this service should be aware of the company they are dealing with. If they can see the reviews for the correct company name, they will know what they are signing up for. However, they advertise as 105 Parking as their business name on third party sites. Is this even their company name? Ive attached photos of their advertising on other sites, versus the company youre really doing business with (on ****). In my own experience, they caised me to miss my outgoing flight and took 90 minutes to pick me up from the airport because they only operate one shuttle. This shuttle does not run every ***** minutes as that is impossible. Although, we had to wait 90 minutes for a pickup they still tried to charge a late fee for a delay that was caused by their own service. This is a common complaint on ******, Yelp, etc., but no one who books their service with 105 on a third party site will be the wiser as the company slung business under that name is South Bay. Thank you so much for your attention to this matter. Also, will this company be listed on BBB? Other customers with similar experience would not be able to file a complaint.
