Why do you believe someone discriminated against you? Because I have a disability. Who discriminated against you? ***************, CEO of Standard Management Co. my landlord, because his company owns my apartment, "************" ***********************************************. (I live in Apt 1034.) On 1-17-2024 they delivered two illegal "SEVEN-DAY NOTICE TO PAY RENT OR QUIT." ****** Revised Statues ****** states "Only a constable or sheriff, registered process server, or an attorney or agent of an attorney can serve eviction notices," (not done.) This is a blatant attempt to get rid of a disabled person by scaring me. They probably figure that potential tenants will turn around and drive off if they see an old man pushing a rolling cart (me). I must use a four-wheel roller ****** because at 81 years of age, I have lost my balance. I can only walk a couple of feet without a ******. The managers of the **** "The Boulders" constantly see me going to and fro all around the apartment complex, always with my ******, and no doubt informed ************. Their excuse for trying to scare me out is the claim that I have not paid my rent, which is not true. Through my active enrollment in The Boulders Auto-pay I try to pay my rent every second of every day, but they refuse to take it. My landlord must have sabotaged Auto-pay regarding only me so that they can get rid of a disabled person. Has The Boulders management ever said that Auto-pay has broken down? No. Have they ever said that I must pay rent via some other method? No. The Auto-pay contract between me and The Boulders says, I understand and agree that my authorization will remain in place until I [me, not them] change or cancel it by logging into my Resident Portal account The Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. Sections 3601 to 3631) says, A landlord cannot discriminate against you because of your race, color.and handicap (disability). The landlord and his agents are discriminating against me because I have a disability.

********************************** was evicted from her apartment while she was hospitalized on July 18, 2022. The money was raised to save her apartment and the office manager did the lockout anyway. Fine. But now it has been nothing bit a run around trying to get her property from the apartment. The office manager does not seem to understand the**** laws in regards to property retrieval ********** She has told me she has to contact legal and will contact me when she receives a reply from them. She doesn't ever contact me. When I call the office there is no answer on the phone and when it is picked up by the automated service it goes to voice-mail where the mail box is full and a message can't be left. It has been one excuse after another to get her property. It is almost like they are intentionally trying to keep my mother's property.
