************** policy dropped by **** and *** was only option. Annual policy nearly double. Upon ****************** received copy of policy, later first months bill. Did not receive 2nd months bill. Had to call for info & directed to website for payment. Website only offered payment option for current amount due, but also added on the next months payment because that **** was mailed out & due in 3-4 weeks. Website does not allow for payment adjustment by the policy holder, only option was to pay 2 months premiums. Mailed check for current amount. Next month mailed payment, payment received & processed after 11 days. Due to lack of timely processing policy canceled. Approved for 2nd policy within 1 week. 1 week later receive letter stating previous policy canceled due to non-payment and a refund for the previous ***************** would be sent. One month later no refund, no bill for the new policy, no policy number, no communication from ***. Have spent a total of 3 hours waiting/talking to **** from CFP with no answers as to why this happening.
