    Place is straight robbery they owe me $600 due to charge my card monthly. They claim to have sent my check still waiting for my funds if you can email me regarding this 8 month issue would be nice ashleymsmith08@gmail willing to even update the post once issue is handled

    Thank you for reaching out through the BBB. We are sorry to hear you disliked our VIP Membership. I can confirm that your ShoeDazzle membership was canceled as per your request on 4/7/2022 by a member of member service. Your cancellation number is XXXXXXXXX.

    Just to clarify, the charges you saw were a result of our VIP membership. Your VIP membership was activated on 1/20/2021 during your purchase of the Hanna Heel. During checkout, we offer two checkout options: regular and VIP. Checking out as a VIP gets you a discount off your first order, as well as special pricing, free shipping, and other perks on future orders. However, it does activate a monthly membership, as explained during checkout. Our membership charges $39.95 a month, which turns into $39.95 of store credit to be used on future purchases.

    I do see a check refund was submitted for $599.25. Please allow 4-6 business weeks from submission to be processed and shipped. We appreciate your patience.

    Again, your account has been canceled and you will not be billed for future months. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reply to this message and I will assist you further.

    I want to start by saying the products from this business are great, quality is decent, and they are VERY unique. My closet is almost exclusively ShoeDazzle and wish I could have continued that. Unfortunately, multiple times when I did the math shown at checkout, it was charging more than what the calculations equaled. I would contact support, they would agree and say it must be a glitch or a mistake, charge me the correct amount, and no issues. After a few times of this happening, I got suspicious. When I got to my checkout and (again) the calculations were wrong, I contacted support and asked for an explanation. They said (AGAIN) it must be a website issue and they could put the sale through on their end for the correct amount. When I said I didn't feel comfortable with that and I wanted to see the calculations done correctly online, they emphasized that yes the website was charging more than it should and that they made the proper adjustments so I should refresh my page....they indeed did adjust it but it ended up charging me even MORE than the previous calculations. Again, they insisted they can adjust it internally and charge the correct amount if I could just authorize them to make the purchase for me. I declined and said I would purchase when the website was fixed which they said I could wait and purchase at that time. Weeks went by and the site was never fixed so I inquired again, and again, was told that this was definitely an issue but they can do the purchase on their end. I asked them to then cancel my account. If over a year goes by and I am still having to let support know that the calculations are wrong and I am being overcharged, it is clearly a standard practice for a certain amount to be added to the total that is not shown in the breakdown. I hope this is looked into by someone as multiple customers are likely being overcharged because they are trusting the calculations, I have photos and conversations to prove all of this.
