    I ordered a few items and ****** was charged on my debit card. After a few weeks of waiting I contacted Thank You Supply via email. Because they dont have a phone number or customer service number. After days of emails I received a reply stating that they cancelled my order and will refund my total amount to my card. I was told they were moving to another warehouse. I havent heard from thank you supply or received any refund. Till this day Ive been sending emails but no reply. Total Scam. Looks like Im not the only person that got scammed by this company

    On September 14th, I made two separate transactions with Thank You Supply, one for $61.90 and another for $113.76. On October 10th, after they still hadn't shipped either order and after missing two dates they said it would ship by, I requested a refund. On October 13th, they sent an email saying I was refunded - but no money returned to my bank account and I immediately emailed TYS letting them know. On November 7th, I emailed them again demanding to know what was happening. Over two weeks later on Nov 23rd, they responded and said it would "take a week or two" to actually be refunded. On December 13th, I still hadn't received a refund, I emailed them again demanding an answer. It is now Dec 18th, over 3 months from my initial purchase, I have not received any money back, nor have they responded.

    I placed an order with the company on September 6th of this year in the amount of $******. They hadnt sent my order for some time so I sent an email inquiring about an update. On October 2nd they stated that were having issues with their system as they recently moved warehouses and would be sending out my order soon. I said okay, I will wait. I got an email on on October 26 stating that an item I ordered was out of stock and I would receive a refund of *****; I never received that refund. I received another email on 11/7 stating that my order had been canceled. I reached out again and asked why the order was canceled and that I had yet to receive the refund for *****; I never received a response. I reached again via email on 11/14 stating I have t heard from anyone nor have I received a refund. I insisted that someone respond, once again, I received nothing and I have not received any kind of refund. I have communicated with my bank and they confirmed that there is no refund coming in. I reached out again today as they now owe me a refund of ****** and I am not getting any responses to them.

    I placed several orders from Thank You Supply in September 2024. Never received orders, asked to cancel all orders, business has been unresponsive to emails and phone no longer works. Orders not refunded to my accounts used to make transactions.

    I saw there was a sale I ordered ****** worth of product..they never sent it..threw email they said they were changing warehouse and would be a few weeks ...they sent nothing..it's been months..won't answer any communication an blocked me on there social media..I have all the information on this an have talked to others that it happen to..I'm a collector of 5 years never got ripped off like this..I've ordered from them 3 other times an the only problem was this..ghosted me

    I ordered 4 items from Thank You Supply on 7/14/24. I received a package from them on 7/26/24 but there was only one item in the package. I immediately emailed them to inquire about the other 3 items. After multiple email attempts with zero response from them I decided to send them an email on 8/5/24 that said if I didnt hear back from them I was going to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the ************************* They responded back to me within a few hours saying they were sorry and another order was placed. Since they said they had placed another order I asked them if they could provide me with an order number to which they said they would provide one once they had it. Then on 8/7/24 I received an email from they asking if I would prefer a refund to which I replied that I would prefer the items that I had ordered. Its now 8/12/24 and I havent received a new order number or heard back from them at all.

    Company charged my credit card twice for a skateboard deck, finally reversed one of the charges. Charged extra for two day delivery, never received deck, no one responds to my messages, texts, phone calls anything! No one answers their phone. Basically took my money and ran!

    Hello there,I ordered a skateboard from these guys who say they ship out no later than 2 days. They have taken the money, I have received nothing. I've emailed them directly, I've called, left messages... It's obvious I am just ***. Please help.I would be fine with just receiving the skateboard I ordered or a refund.Thanks BBB
