    I didnt have issues with the quality of services or the technicians. However, when I had an allergic reaction, it took over four months for me to get a hold of somebody to help with the refund. Initially, I just wanted to change the treatment plan I was on and just get more information. Their above store contact was so unprofessional. Ultimately, I waited four months for a refund after talking to multiple people and each time I called they didnt have a record of the issue. There was clearly a lack of care about the medical issue I had due to their service, and their lack of follow-through was so unprofessional. Amount of money owed to me was almost $600 and took four months to return even then Im still waiting on it but apparently it should be arriving in the mail soon.
