I went to the business Gtron to help fix my computer, I paid the initial $125 diagnostic fee through Zelle with the owner of the shop. I left my ** with the owner ***** and about an hour later, get an email with an invoice. I just wanted to know what was wrong with the ** and if the fixes were cheap id do it. It was WAY too much for what I was willing to pay and stated that via email. The owner then calls me to try and negotiate me to pay and says he will talk to his partner *** about it. I don't know if *** actually exist as he's never mentioned anywhere on the website or reviews. He emails me back a new invoice with a cheaper rate but still more than I am willing to pay. I let him know again, asking to pick up my ** again and he proceeds to call me again! In this call he's trying to negotiate with me a price, all the while insinuating that he has already repaired the ** and that it unfair that he has worked with it for hours already. Even though all I paid for was a diagnostic, not a repair. When I asked why it was repaired when I sent no approval he proceeds to tell me that we can talk about it when I get there and to bring cash. When I arrive, he explains everything he did to fix it, not what was wrong with it like I wanted, and wants me to pay for the repairs that I did not approve of. He refuses for us to take the ** back without paying for his work. We end up calling the cops, all the while he locks himself with my ** and messes with it. Cops get there and he hands it over. I posted a review of my experience on Yelp (which a lot of other people have gone through similar experiences) and he proceeds to reply with racism and even posting stuff about my personal information including the business I work for and part of my home address. I don't think someone who owns a business and is going to outwardly expose customer information and promote racism should be in business.Thank you!
