    Ordered a bundle set supposedly consisting of a SurfSkate set of longboard trucks, bearings, and a set of their wheels (Dec 2022). Got the order 2 weeks later, and received incorrect items; the wheels weren't the correct color, and the trucks I received were regular kingpin trucks. A full week later going back and forth with their support led to them sending "replacements" that were supposed to be the correct items, and received them a week after that (Dec 28, 2022). They sent the correct colored wheels I had ordered, but they still didn't ship the right trucks. I sent them images of the trucks that I had received, but they still persisted on having me describe what was wrong with THEIR product. Went ahead and left a mildly-worded negative review, going over these facts, in addition to not having heard back from them. They removed the review and still have yet to contact me. I realize that this was over a year ago, and I'm done with the company (although it would be great to receive what I initially ordered), just want other buyers to look elsewhere because they aren't a great company IMO.
