    ******* was a Great Introduction to this company - he took his time with us and answered all our questions. We are still waiting on a few more estimates but we are very happy with this first impression of Rose Remodeling!

    Patrick the estimator just left so far so good. He was very informative and had some good ideas he also showed me a lot of samples. I will be back with another review when work is completed stay tuned for that part.

    Make sure to stay on top of what is promised by their salespeople and what is delivered and installed. Also keep a close eye on the contract and the materials ordered. I had multiple problems with this outfit. Their salesperson, ******, promised many things and what we ended up with was the cheaper of the material, or worse yet, not even close. We wanted a low-threshold to the shower and they ordered a standard threshold. I also called out many other things on the workmanship and was apologized to over and above to only still not address what I called out. To add insult to injury, they sent out the same installer who created the mess to "train" him better. I am sorry, but I did not get "training" prices on my bid. I don't recommend them.

    ****** gave a perfect rundown on my preferences and gave me options of adding or deleting so I had an idea of how much for high-end or lower-end preferences. He was very informative on answering our questions and on giving us other ideas for the colors and design. He is a very good and informed estimator for Rose Remodeling!

    ******* was my sales guy and he was awesome. One thing I learned from him that no other salesman shared was how the workmanship was the most important part of the warranty. I didnt know there was a difference. I just assumed it was good to just have a warranty, but the longer the coverage the better. Thank you *************** ??
