    This company scams you out of your money, they promise the world and say that it automatically scrapes your estimate to increase your ticket size giving average increases on how the service will pay for its self. After I signed up they gave zero support and when I asked how to scrub my estimate to make sure we were missing anything from the *** standards they their software didn't do that and I would have to manually decide if our estimate needed clips or not after reading the entire *** process. I would never suggest this company to anyone. When I called them to cancel the subscription they refused to cancel my account and said theres nothing they will do and I have to pay for a full 12 months even though they gave me false promises.

    We reviewed Mr. ****** account and confirmed that onboarding and training were completed, including an onsite visit and remote support. Our team made multiple follow-up attempts, and when the customer requested cancellation due to financial hardship, not dissatisfaction, we offered a payment relief option which he accepted. We respectfully disagree with the claim of no support, as our records show consistent efforts to assist throughout the contract period.

    We were signed up on the Alldata shop system for looking up quick repairs and all was ok, then they decided to push the scanner on us and we went along with the purchase, and it has not worked since day one, when a harbor freight scanner out preforms and monthly subscription product something is wrong. i have many time discussed issues and we have all email correspondence and still no fix. we wanted to cancel the 400 dollar month payment and they just dont care they continue to take your money for no service. STAY CLEAR ITS A JOKE. now we are filing complaints with the BBB and have turned this over to our lawyer. Ive had enough.

    Our ****************** team reached out and spoke to *** regarding this issue. *** agreed that he is satisfied with ALLDATA Repair, ALLDATA Mobile and ALLDATA Tech-Assist but not with the ALLDATA Diagnostic device. Our Account Manager has removed that product from his account and resolved the issues to Dans satisfaction.

    I was told by a salesman that many of the product features i wanted were available. upon using the product i found out that those features were unavailable. After working with a account manager and calling in to get help from the support and training team multiple times i have come to the conclusion that it will cost more to use this system that it saves in cost . Because i cannot use the features i asked about i requested a cancellation. The account manager refused and said there was nothing he could do even though he admitted previously that the salesman lied.

    Decided to give Alldata a try after the sales mane Lorne kept coming, but mostly due to the fact that the shop manager data base could be accessed online . We had been using ******** for a number of years and had very few issues. The only main issue was that the shop manager database lived on the shop computer and could not be accessed from home without an extra monthly fee. Since all data had this service included for the same price, I decided to give it a try. I wanted to give my self some time to adjust to the nuances of the new system and did not want to start complaining from the get go. I have been using all data for about 6 months now and and fairly versed in it and I really regret signing on to this plat form and cannot wait to go back to ********. All data is extremely glitchy, especially the shop manager part. Information that I enter seems to completely disappear all of a sudden. I have a to do a lot of extra work to make sure that the estimates and invoices remain the same after creation. It also has issues paring with online parts ordering services like Nexpart. I have to keep refreshing many time. Some parts don't get uploaded or disappears. Prices markups don't always work as they are supposed to. It is also extremely annoying to keep up with open work orders since the list order changes as soon as you convert a draft into an estimate. once you convert, you might be suddenly working on a different work order without even realizing list. The only thing good are the wiring diagrams, IF THEY ARE AVAILABLE. SPECIFICATIONS ARE HARD TO FIND SOME TIMES. EVEN SIMPLE INFORMATION LIKE FIRING ORDER OR AXLE NUT TORQUE. ALLDATA is definitely not work the money. Don't trust the sales men that come to sell this service as they don't know anything and just bullshits all the way. Do not sign any contracts. AFTER OVER 10 YEARS OF USE I CAN SAY THAT ******** IS DEFINITELY WAAAAY BETTER. ALL DATA IS GARBAGE. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. STAY AWAY.

    The only reason it received a one star is because I couldn't do zero. False advertising and claims and has incomplete information and a horrible site that's difficult to navigate. They take advantage of disabled single fathers with limited income.

    Terrible. After over 20 years of using Alldata Manage to run my business, this company has arbitrarily decided to discontinue the current Alldata Manage program and effectively end how I run my business!! The replacement program is absolutely nothing like what I use now, is not user friendly, and takes away one of the best features I currently have. Be careful with trial periods that lock you into contracts you can't get out of also. It happened to a friend's business just a couple of weeks ago. It is unbelievable how as of January 2nd, Alldata is going to literally rip the rug out from under me and END my way of invoicing for my business. I am beside myself about this as I am way too busy to have this happen, and literally start all over with a new management system. It seems to be the new way big companies do business. They no longer look for what customers want, they have a "this is what you're going to get whether you like it or not" attitude. Couldn't be more disappointed to the point of panic as I am now.

    Horrible company. A ripoff. Very aggressive sales person. Signed our company up for a trial. We were unable to get on the system after we had signed on and paid because the trial was still in place. Tried to get on after they lifted the trial but the sales person had given us a computer with a PIN that he had forgotten. Tried our computer and the salesperson had set up a wrong password. Several other things went wrong, tried to cancel services and found out they had placed us on a year contract and no matter how bad they are they will not let you out of the contract. We had to continue to pay our old service provider and Alldata because we were unable to use Alldata.

    We were looking at various programs and started the process with ALL Data by clicking the 7 day free trial on the website. We called to get the program sooner so we can make a decision sooner we got ************* and registered and I called to let them know that this will not work out for us and that we would like to not move forward with this system. We were told that we are in a 12 month agreement and that they are not honoring the trial period. We called 6 days after looking into this program and playing around with it and they will not allow us to walk away. Stay away from this company they are a fraud they have the worst costumer service I have ever seen and are rude and disrespectful.

    We were promised all kinds of things and features we never got. There was no training, I had to set everything up. They're no help when you call tech support. It constantly crashes and becomes unresponsive, and it won't let me add the texts that I need to. When I asked to cancel it they said I was locked in for 12 months. Waste of our shops time and money. Not at all what they promised it to be.

    Not worth it! Very poor data base. I tried the Alldata DIY and could not find any of what i was looking for. The website contains very basic information . The customer service is non existent. I requested to cancel 2 times and did not get a response. Look somewhere else for car repair information!
