- Cancellation 15 or more days in advance- Toursare refundable up to 15 days before the date of the tour. Each tourrefund is subject to a $30 USD administration fee. That fee will bededucted from the refund amount of each canceled tour. Only the clientor their authorized Travel Agent may make a cancellation. We cannothonor cancellation requests from your cruise line or its employees. Allcancellations must be requested in writing by email or fax.
Cancellation 14 or fewer days in advance- At14 days before a tour, destination time, all tours becomenon-refundable. There are no refunds, partial or otherwise, based on oneor more members of your private group being unable to join the tour forany reason.
Cancellations Due to Cruise Ship No Show- Travelswith Friends LLC (dba Private Shore Trips) will honor a refund if yourcruise line does not come into port due to severe weather, mechanicalproblems or political unrest. In these cases a full refund is honoredless the $30 USD administrative fee. To receive a refund for these rarecases, the customer or their travel agent must submit the refund requestin writing by email or fax within 7 days after the tour date. - Business Categories
