    On Thursday, April 10, 2025 @ 10:10 am I went into the Elk Grove Vitamin shop looking for a quality Calcium product. The merchant sold me an inferior product based on the literature provided by the merchant. The next day, I immediately went to return the unopened product to the merchant and they refused to refund my cash payment per their refund return policy was on the receipt. That was noted after the product was bought. Had I known, it was store credit before the product was bought, I would have never patronized. They should have disclosures posted on the door, near the registers and communicate their policies verbally to make sure customers understand their return policy. Additionally, they also need to read materials distributed for claims.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I would like my money back as their return policies are not disclosed until you purchase. According to the literature submitted, they sold me inferior products.
