      I have been buying green coffee beans from this company for the past 12+ years. My last order, they sent me rotten beans that smelled terrible right out of the box before roasting; I contacted them abut it and they basically blamed it on me ordering coffee beans I did not know how to roast; I went back and forth with them explaining to them this has nothing to do with roasting basically because the green beans were rotten, color-changed or old and stored under bad conditions so they were bad; I got no where with their arrogance, ignorance and extremely bad attitude and customer service. I honestly was not expecting a rerun or refund; all I was asking for was an admission that they sent me bad coffee or something went wrong or the beans were old and not stored properly and a plan not to do this again to me or any other customer; instead All I got was absolute ignorance and neglect and blaming me; and when I explained to them what was going on and it had nothing to do with roasting they just stopped responding which leads me to believe this business is starting to become a scam selling garbage. I gave them all the options/opportunities and time to fix the situation or at least admit the fault but they chose to blame me and then ignore me.
