    I bought residential floor for kitchen,dining room and living room. On the box of flooring it gave 25 year residential warranty, those three rooms at 6 months it began to lift up on ends corners broke and strips of began to peel. Store where floor bought at replaced kitchen and dining room but I had to buy floor for living room since the original floor was manufactured in ***** and the floor to replace was made in country. Because the three rooms connect together, I had to but the one room. Kitchen floor has been replaced three times, the dining room and living room replaced two times, but have same problems . I contacted the representative about the store where I bought from flooring from He told me he would reach out the business to make it right but he never did. The business where floor was bought twice reached out to company who makes the floor to reach out to me. And I have heard nothing. Floor is coming up and peeling. My husband is a below knee amputation. I dont need him to trip over this floor, have tripped myself. Since I have not been able to reach out to them without anyone contacting me I am contacting you. Also someone else I know bought same floor had same issues. The company is SCS Global Floor Score. I bought Charleston Spartanburg lot number ******. I have been out about ten thousand dollars and still have new floor thats coming up and peeling apart I started this flooring project in March of 2022 last put down 12/15/2024. With kitchen replaced 9/26/2024. Company is SCS Global Services Headquarters. ************************. Suite 600. ********** CA *****. ************. Only receipt I will have to get it when I paid first time it was laid ******** I paid cash but no problem getting that receipt

    SCS is an auditing and certification body; FloorScore is the name of a certification that focuses on inputs and emissions. We are not a manufacturer, retailer or reseller. The manager of the FloorScore program spoke with complainant on March 4 via telephone to explain that SCS is a certification body, and our services do not overlap with any warranty guarantees offered by the manufacturer.
