      I received an email regarding an Easter from Jamba Juice which if I purchased a $30 gift card, I would get $10 in rewards (2 $5 Rewards cards). I purchased it for $30. I received the gift card and the rewards cards. However, when I tried to use the rewards cards this past Monday, 06/09/25 they both came up as invalid. They didn't expire until 06/1/1/25 and had never been used. I tried online chatting with Jamba Cashtar as to the issue, but they couldn't help me and told me to call Jamba Juice. I was unable to find a contact number and was directed to submit online. I submitted the issue online. Yesterday, 06/11/25 I received an email to go directly to the store. Store is not going to be able to help me with this issue, since the rewards cards were not purchased at the store and were part of an online promotion. I have been scammed out of $30 on a false promotion that if I did I would receive $10 rewards. Well the $10 rewards didn't work and now they are expired and useless. I need them to replace the faulty ones with ones that work.

      On October 18 I went to the Jamba Juice at ****************************** came there because I had come to this location previously and ordered a large Pomegranate Smoothy and when I told them I wanted just Pomegranate they told me that they put some other kinds of fruit in the drink and when they showed me the drink w/o the fruit it was very wartery so I asked for my money back on my credit card they told me it was going to take 5 business days to get my creidit well today is October 21st and no credit was added to my card so when I mentioned this to a female employee she took my receipt and took my name and phone number and was going to give it to her manager on Monday was today and I received no phone call or email from them I want my ***** back on my card immediately or I wll take legal action against you personally

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I called your ******** location and spoke to a female manager and she claims that she did the refund on my card and she told me to call my bank of which I did and when I was speaking to them it wasn't my banks fault it was Jamba Juice fault when the female manager did the refund she told me it was take 5 business days and when the 5 business days pasted no refund so I think jamba Juice should held accountale for this because its there fault and they need to finish the job or I will take legal action against them peronally so finish the job Jamba Juice!!!

      Agian this doesn't resolve my complaint as I stated before I called and the female manage that I spoke to told me that they refunded my ***** however I never saw it my card and when I was speking with her she told me to check with my bank I told  her I did and they didn't see any credit from Jamba Juice  so I suggest for you to either send me a check in the mail or I will call the department of consumer affairs and have them deal with you or take you to small claims court

      I ordered the smoothie online at the wrong location. I called the store location several times but was ignored. Cannot pickup at previous location. Had to reorder. Spent twice the amount for only 1 smoothie at desired location.

      Re: Jamba Juice Address3200 ******************************************************************************************************************* Date of incident: July 10, ******************************************************** the bottom of the cup. It was a piece of black plastic about 1/2 an inch long. My best guess is it was part of a mixing spoon or blender lid. I also then noticed many tiny pieces of plastic, some the size of a grain of rice some the size of a seed in the bottom of the cup. Obviously some of the plastic was blended up in the smoothie. I have no idea how much plastic I consumed, but I obviously consumed a good bit of plastic since I didnt realize this until I finished the smoothie and I assumed I was feeling seeds in my mouth when drinking it. I contacted Jamba through an online form and called the store directly to tell them. I also filed a complaint with ***** Food Safety who did have someone call me and I believe they also visited the location and spoke to the employees. I also saw my doctor that day related to this. It has been about two months now and I am totally shocked that no one from Jamba Juice has reached out to me to even apologize.

      My order number is *****************. This order was accidentally placed at the wrong location. I called and spoke to an employee at the location who told me that they would cancel the order and refund me. They have yet to do so, the order has been marked as completed however I never received the drink ordered. Im looking for a refund, and Id like to get back the 50% off drink coupon that was used on the order. Id like ********************** to NOTE, that the moment I placed the order, I contacted the store IMMEDIATELY. When I contacted the store they hadn't even started on my order yet. The store had confirmed that they would refund me for the order. Its so strange to me how a big company like this gives customers a hard time about refunding a five dollar order that was never picked up. The order was never even MADE. I never even picked it up because I called immediately to have it cancelled.

      Hello. That is a lie. The moment I placed the order, I contacted the store immediately. When I contacted the store they hadnt even started on my order yet. The store had confirmed that they would refund me for the order.

      Jamba is not allowing deletion of accounts on their app. Section says account deletion but does not allow me to delete my account. Instead, it takes me to a survey to contact the company with no option for account deletion or to contact them about account deletion.

      Step 2: When asked "What would you like to contact us about?" Select "Technical Issue" and hit next 

      Step 3: For Primary feedback topic, select "Other" and hit next

      Step 4: In the box where it says "Please share your feedback", type "I would like to delete my account and enter the email associated with the account that you would like to have deleted. 

      Step 5: Select whether or not you would like to be contacted and hit next. 

      Step 6: Submit your request

      Someone from the Jamba team will receive the notification and process the request within 72 business hours.

      I placed an order in the app for the pumpkin vegan smoothie. When I arrived at the store to pick up the item, i was told they did not have the vegan yogurt to make the drink. I asked for a refund but was told that they could not give me one and that I would have to contact jamba juice customer service. I tried to call them, but the number online is invalid and the store wouldn't give me a phone number to reach them. I was charged and did not get the drink that I came for. I want a refund.
