    On 3/15/20 we purchased, and paid for a new roof and 2 skylights. One skylight in the main bathroom, the other in our master bathroom. The account is under *********************** ******* and the account number is ******. The total was $17,200.00, $15,800 for the roof and $1,400 for the skylights, (700 each). Both skylights were installed poorly and both were drafty. There were ongoing problems with the skylights but they resolved everything except the master bath skylight. When it's windy the skylight makes a high pitched screeching noise, we cant sleep. After going back and forth with Armstrong and them coming out on several occasions, I was finally told that the skylight we purchased does that, it makes that noise and we are not the only one experiencing this. I asked them why they sold me an item like that? If I would of known I would not of purchased that skylight. Then they told me they can fix it for an additional $1,012, $506 for each skylight. We already paid over $17,000 for a product, have a contract, and a 15 year warranty. I feel like these are predatory tactics and Armstrong is trying to take advantage of us, After spending all that money we deserve a better product and service.
