    Jake ********************** gave us a verbal agreement to complete baseboard, kitchen counter, and Two bathrooms. We were not home at the time of him installing baseboard and fixing our counter tops, and he billed for 6 days straight at $500 a day. He did not complete the job, ruined my counters and poorly installed our baseboard. Thank goodness he held off on completion of our bathrooms.We allowed him to stay at our residence while he was doing this work and he charged a lot for delivering nothing. We had asked if he needed payment before we left, he said no. Conveniently, while we were at the airport, he asked for us to VENMO him money without looking at the work he did/didn't do. Shame on us for trusting a contractor.
