      In April of this year, I brought my couch and chair slip cover to The ***************** I picked the covers up a week later and when I went to put the slipcover back on my couch, I found that a piece was missing.I called the place and spoke with ****** and she said they didn't have it. I told her I wanted to speak with the owner *** and she said she would give him the message.Since that time I have called at least 17 times (usually once a week) and ****** has refused to let me speak to the owner and has become very hostile toward me. She rants that she is, "in charge" and will not allow me the phone number or speak to the owner.The address and name of the establishment:Dry ************* **********************************************************************
