    They don't issue refunds when you want to cancel your subscription. Okay, fine. But if you wish to not renew for the following month, they immediately shut down your store and your services, even if you JUST paid for that month. Absolutely impossible to get ahold of someone over the phone. Once they shut down your services, you can't even contact anyone via the chat, and trying to get someone over the phone is impossible.They also wouldn't issue an *** payout for my balance even after they said they would in an email. I kept getting emails saying that there was an issue and I needed to provide more documents. I would respond with new bank documents, then they would say that they hadn't heard from me and were going to close the ticket. I finally received an email saying they approved my payout for the 12th and here we are on the 19th and I can see that the *** attempt failed in the dash board. This company is an absolute nightmare and a scam.

    The company tells you theyll help u build a domain for you website but actually gives nothing. Ecwid is a scam I told them I wanna close the account two months ago in thght they closed it yet theyre still sneaking money from my card. They delivered on nothing they said is available with your money or free .

We'll be happy to refund you the payments for the unused subscription and help with the subscription cancellation. Also we'll revise the correspondence with you and will probably find a solution for the issue with domains. Again I apologize for the trouble we caused.I'll be waiting for your response.

    I have had a number of issues with this platform that have not been resolved and that have cost me a lot of money. This platforms dated software has created product issues, failed to properly import product data, failed to take the necessary steps to fixed these issues, failed to even provided a phone call to discuss or resolve any issue. I have been with Ecwid almost 2 years with many complaints not resolved. Ecwid seems to be more interested in charging me $100 an hour to find solutions to fix issues caused by their own platform software.. I find this to be an insult and it suggest that they are not interested in fixing these issues unless they get paid for it. I am unable to open my store due to internal issues.that have cost me a lot of money lost
