I don't think I've ever had such a poor customer ********************** experience! The project mostly involving a basic kitchen cabinetry was started 9 months ago and guaranteed to be completed 5 months later but there was poor communication between the Spanish-only-speaking workers and the English-only speaking project managers, resulting in numerous avoidable delays. The project manager agreed that I could hold back an intermediate payment until delays were resolved but the owner demanded payment immediately and threatened legal action if I didn't comply. The repeatedly made rookie mistakes such as completing construction of upper cabinets without running wires for the lighting first and then state that they are installing battery-powered lighting and will charge extra if we want wired lighting. Complete "comedy of errors" and I'm being bullied into paying for sub-standard service. Very unprofessional company! Very dissatisfied with results thus far and this has been an awful experience for our family!

****, we understand that it can be frustrating waiting for your house to feel like home again. Our team does everything in our power to restore peace to your home as quickly as possible without compromising craftsmanship. At your request, we were happy to push back the start date to respect your holiday season. Once the project had begun, we took additional time to estimate the out-of-pocket cost of the new cabinetry and kitchen upgrades you requested. Over our two-week negotiations with our vendors, we were able to decrease the cost of the upgrades by over $7,000. When the materials were delivered, we were unable to complete the work due to withheld payment. ************ Davis policy, once work contracts are signed, they are non-negotiable. There were no contracted lighting for the kitchen cabinets. We hope this explanation provides clarity on your restoration timeline, and we wish you all the best as you finish your renovations.
