    $155.90 was taken from my account on the 9th of May and I have never purchased anything from this store in my life.

    Answered a ******** ad for an item, just pay shipping $5.87. I read all the disclosures and authorized payment. With in the next weeks I had charges on my card for $19.95, $88.95, $19.99, and $5.87. Although the amount of $5.87 matched it was NOT to the vendor I authorized. I contacted my credit card to dispute as I had no communication with the listed vendors. I was given a phone # for ******* Clearance and after speaking with them ******* Clearance gave me a confirmation# for a full refund of all amounts telling me it 3-5days processing. One month later I called back, told refund was processed and bNk has the funds. Bank did not and opened a case. Another month later, no refund yet. Called ******* clearance back and asked for a dispute mailing address. Was told they do not have a mailing address to contact them or dispute with them. Also that I was lied too and no refund was processed nor will it be processed. I have never received any info from ******* Clearance regarding anything. I have never received anything from them, I have never ordered from them, and their fb ad is gone. They claim the shipping address, ** address match; the ** address does not match.

    I clicked on an ad on ******** advertising ******* gift cards at discounted prices. Next thing I know there was a charge for $5.97 debited from my bank account. A few days later I was contacted by my bank that a "suspicious" transaction in the amount of $156 was debited from my account. I did not authorize this company to take anything from my account nor did I purchase anything from them. I notified ******** as I have a feeling this company may have hacked my ******** account. I'm very fortunate that my bank notified me before any further damage could be done.

    I woke up this morning with a withdrawal transaction in my account for $156 from this company. I have not even heard of the company much less purchased anything from them.

    Well this company charged my debit back in october. I told my bank they said the merchant had my info. Ive never ordered. Never heard of this company. I dont no how they got my info.. but they wont give my ***** dollars back .. i emailed them.. the bank gave me their info. I dont no what to do.. im 60 years old and on a budget.. i ask them to send me a PO, i have nothing just the info from the bank

    I clicked on an add for this company which stated they were selling crystals. Got out of the ad and back to fb that nite,(Sept 30 2022). I saw a withdrawal for *****. disputed the charge as I never gave this company any of my personal info. No banking info, no address, no email was given. **** denied my dispute because this company somehow had my cvc number, email, bank account number, etc. When I called the company, they claimed that I ordered a subscription to sweepstakes!!!??? How did they get all my info? I had to get a new card. I am afraid it will happen again.

    A company called Onlinetechpros.com which also masquerades as Kristalclearance.com (or **** versa) has been charging my credit card for a product or service which I never ordered. It has been going on for the past 5 months since September 2022. It apparently started with a $5.87 charge to my CC followed by 5 susequent charges of $19.95 totalling $104.62 to date I have not had any interaction with either of these named companies. When searched online their products listed are identical in nature with only different mailing addresses, website names, and contact phone nimbers. I've had to freeze my credit account and yet a charge against my card was made today (which I'm persuing with my banking institution). None of these charges are valid and the company(s) somehow have charged me needlessly and wrongfully. IMO these two online sites are a scam as they both mention a charge for a subscription service which doesn't exist and yet has apparently perpetuated these action upon other innocent peoplel. Enclosed are two screenshots from my CC activity that reflect 5 of the 6 charges (January charge not available at time of this message) for your reference.

    This merchant keeps hacking my account I have never done any transactions with this company they have hacked my account three times now

    Win a free prize pay shipping...Debit transaction..they took. $****.....10/14/22.....for shipping....3am. I check my bank app...they Tried to take. ****. AGAIN. I had already Cancelled my card. I did not feel right.. immediately...I called the bank again at 4am .He assured me the card had been cancelled..they removed the 2nd charge....THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD........I CALLED JUST NOW 10/17/22 @ 11:10am..*****. Said Did not win. The charging $89.59 for ROUND 2 OF THE LOTTERY......HE CRAZY I M 80 YEARS OLD. BUT. I M NOT CRAZY FRAUD..FRAUD..FRAUD..FRAUD..FRAUD..ORDER. #. *******. DEL. PRODUCT THEY TOOK MY $$$$. OR RETURN MY $$$
