  We had a system installed one and a half years ago by Powur. Everything was installed as promised. The system design was just what was needed and provides the excess power that we'll need if we go to a electric car. **** Bindsel represented the company as our sales and project overview. He got issues resolved quickly for us the install progressed. His guidance as to the design of our system has resulted in a trouble free installation with excellent production.

  Horrible company. Do not use! They screwed us on our system and raised our interest rate by an insane amount due to the fact that they didn't finish the system in the 6 months, which apparently was in the 15 pages of fine print. We signed a contract in September of 2022 and as of today, December 5, 2023, we still don't have service and are paying both the ********************* and our solar bill. It has been the biggest headache and I would never use this company again. I would have given this company zero stars, but that wasn't an option. Horrible!!!

  About a year and a half ago we got dolor panels from powur or solur powur. The sales person who came to our door name was *********************************** he made everything sound great told us we would get a huge rebate for the panels on our taxes. After the panels were installed he stopped contacting us never really explained the whole process for the panels. He also before the panels were installed the 2nd time *** met with us he talked about a new ac unit and heat pump when we asked if that would cost more he said no its all included in price we talk about. When we contacted the company about this they asked for proof which we have in text and emails from him about these things. When shown proof they said that they would satisfy what he promised . They asked for us to get a quote on work which we did. When they seen the amount this person said they dont understand why he would promise something like that when his commission isnt even that high. When asked and said that worked for them and they to will be held responsible for this they said he is a contracted worker for them and that they are not responsible for the things hes does. This company is having their sales representatives lie about things in order to get you to get the panals from their company them last time I checked thats theft by deception. I would like to just get rid of these panels and be done with this company without my credit being hit and would also like to see this company and *** be held responsible for their actions and the money I paid so far to be returned. By the reviews I read Im not the only one that this has happened to hopefully this company will be stopped from taking advantage of other people.

  Last year September 7, 2022 we got in to a contract with SolurPowur. We are still not up and running it failed inspection 4 times and it passed finally August 30. I have been paying the loan and electric bill and I am still not up running. They did pay the loan one month and the electric one month. I was told it could be up to ********************************************* and then I get a hold of them and they will show us how to turn it on. My complaint is until I am up and running the should make good on it we have not broke contract they are. This is not are fault. They wont ok it because they say i been paid twice already even though we are not up and running So buyer beware of this company. They stress is overwhelming because I am dealing with breast cancer also. Biggest mistake I ever did getting solar. By the way if the grid goes down so does the solar. That was the whole reason I got it in first place. I could of saved a ton of money and just purchased a solar generator. My advise and opinion to anyone save a ton of money just get solar generator and not solar and safe a ton of money. This loan will not be payed off until 25 years. ********** C

  We had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with POWUR and are currently pursuing legal action against them for the damage they did to my roof! I had a perfectly good roof that they left leaking, and created an extra bill for me with solar AND LEFT LEAKS ALL OVER MY ROOF!We worked with ******************* from Power and he refuses to come fix the damages to our roof. ******************* IS OPERATING ILLEGALLY. DO NOT WORK WITH HIM.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

  This is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with, During the installation process, they were on the ball, contacting me and keeping me in the loop, as soon as it was installed, crickets. The panels are supposed to eliminate my electric bill, so far, its been 4 months and I am still paying both entire bills (total electricity and panels) we had a blackout during hurricane **** and the panels never took over. At this point I just want them to come and take the **** panel off my roof. No help with that either. DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.

  Me hicieron una propuesta a base de mentiras. Me informaron q mi factura de la luz *********** pero ha si todo lo contrario. Ellos no investigaron bien con mi compaa de luz **** trabajan con el programa de Energa renovable. Por lo que ahora tengo q continuar pagando la factura, ms el sistema de paneles solares q aunque produce la energa necesaria para mi casa no es amigable con mi compaa de **** Esto a implicado q este pagando por un sistema de paneles solares q para mi zona y compaa de energa no funciona. Ahora mi bill se a duplicado ya q tengo pagar por unos paneles solares para q no se afecte mi crdito. He llamado a la compaa Powur y ellos dicen q sus vendedores no trabajan directamente para ellos q son independientes por lo q no es sunproblema q los vendedores no hallan hecho la investigacin correcta antes de la venta y que ellos no pueden hacer ***** Q tengo q continuar pagando por 30 aos algo q en realidad esta ********* en mi casa ya que el motivo por q acepte fue por que ellos me ofrecieron q mi factura de energa disminuira lo cual no es cierto. He tratado de llegar a algn acuerdo q nos beneficie a ambas parte, pero ***** no aceptan es error de ellos y el banco por su parte no ha mostrado ningn inters en atreverme algn tipo de ayuda. Claro ya todos cobraron su dinero y yo sigo perjudicando por la falta de inaccin y compromiso de una compaa mediocre y mentirosa.

  This company's employer lied to me saying that solur Powur was running a promotion for a short period of time where if I got the solar panels then I would get the first year paid for and that I would receive the check through the mail. I never received a check. I kept contacting the company asking them for my check and eventually someone told me that they were not running that promotion, that their employers say that and usually give it out of their commission. I have continued to contact them and they have stated that they would get a hold of their employee These people stole from me and won't compensate me for their employee's wrongdoing. They give their employee all of the power to represent the company and no one from the company assures that their employees are not crooks or selling false advertisement to coerce people into buying things,
