I separated mid 80s, over the years went to 90%. For those of you at 90, you know how hard it is with VA math to get to 100%. My local ***, said the ship had sailed.I researched, everyone promises they help, they would assign a Coach, they said, we explain what to write and say, you need to follow what the coach tells you. Thats sketchy, I wont embellish or exaggerate. The fee, between $7k to $16k, varies depending on the payment model. I dont feel comfortable having someone tell me how I feel, didnt want to do anything that may be seen as dishonest, I declined. If I cant get to 100 on my conditions, then it is what it is.I heard about VetComm, did some research, some good and bad reviews, not knowing all sides its tough to know what happened. I did more research, trolling social media, decided to give them a try, tell me what they do, expectations, ******* December I contacted VetComm for a review, which includes a pitch. During the review they made it clear, dont embellish, which tells you they have ethics, and its about the correct rating. I decided for the price, guarantee, it was worth a try, the fee is what a DBQ and Nexus letter would be, guarantees with those either.I was assigned to ****** She reviewed my records, asked questions, discussed the issues, pros and cons, and I filed based on documented evidence.I filed the claim expecting to wait months before the VA to look at it. The end of January I had been to C&Ps, was waiting for the next C&P. From past experience, it takes months after the C&Ps, usually 6 - 8 months before any movement after exams were finished.I woke up this last Thursday, logged in to order DME, I see 100%, thought it was a mistake, logged out, cleared cache, logged in, and it was 100%, no decision letter posted. I looked at my Benefits Letter, it had updated, 100% P&T.VetComm was upfront with what they do, how they do it, did what they said they would. It is as advertised, I cant thank ***** enough.

DO NOT USE VETCOMM!! They are in this for your money, period. Worst mistake I ever made. Total SCAM! This company will get one of their salespeople to smooth talk you right into a trap that you will not be able to get out of. They will tell you "We got you brother/sister". They will dance you right into getting your money and that's where the scam starts. A refund will not be possible, even if you choose not to use their services. Once you commit to the smooth-talking salesperson you are hit. I had to leave work early for my one and only appointment with one of their ***** only to be walked through clicking on my intent to file, and yes that was literally it. I was then told someone else would be contacting me almost a month later to assist with the next step. That's when I asked for a refund and simply stated I would file on my own, due to the delay. I told VETCOMM that I would gladly pay for any services rendered and accept a partial refund. The financial person said No. He explained that once I committed with the salesperson there was no going back. Since I was stuck, I asked for a quicker date for the second appointment. A customer service *** called me, which I missed the call. When I attempted to call back, I got nothing, no voicemail, nothing. I have heard nothing from the company since. There has been no further communication from VETCOMM. If this review only helps one person it will have been worth it, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front)--remember the name "*****", from "VetComm", who kept in good contact with me to ensure that I was ready for each and every step of the claim filing "mission"...from preps, to filing, to more preps for exams. I consider myself an expert on navigating the VBA's Claims process, and even I was stressing out over all of the anxiety of wondering if I was saying too much (which can upset VA claims agents since they are on a quotas deadline), or saying too little (which can cause the VA to deny you for lack of an adequate description of your conditions and the severity of your symptoms). I have dealt with claims "sharks" who take a percentage of your benefits award--DO NOT USE THEM !!!. I have also dealt with VA-accredited VSOs, and while being "accredited" by the VA sounds impressive, it is over-rated since it makes no sense whatsoever to take advice from an entity who is being subsidized by the VA. (Don't think too long about that--it's called a conflict of interest, and that's the problem with "VA-accredited" claims companies.) Sure, if you want to go with them, it's up to you, but I personally had a much better experience using VetComm. I have asked "VA-accredited" claims organizations for advice, and they are reluctant to give it. Oh sure, they will help you submit a form here and there, but they are NOWHERE NEARLY as helpful as VetComm was in helping to navigate the claims process by holding the veteran's hand through the process. Keep in mind that it is human nature to shoot the messenger when a vet doesn't get what they feel they are entitled to. There are multiple reasons Vets are frustrated when the VA doesn't give them the results they hoped for, not the least of which is attributed to PTSD and anxiety encountered through this complex process. VetComm's "*****" was VERY good....

As a veteran of two combat campaigns, I spent years believing I wasnt worthy ofor didnt deservethe benefits I later learned I had already earned through my service. Like many veterans, I carried the weight of pride, doubt, and misinformation. When I first heard about Vet Comm, I was skeptical. I had my guard up. But after a free consultation where my questions were answered honestly and respectfully, I decided to move forward.Thats when I was introduced to ********* *., who became my guide through the often overwhelming VA claims process. I can only speak from my personal experience, but ********* was exceptional. Her knowledge seemed limitless, her response time was lightning-fast (even when I sent messages at 3 AM), and her compassion was genuine.I recently turned 60 and my only regret is not reaching out to Vet Comm sooner. Thanks to their support, I was awarded a 100% ***************** (P&T) disability ratingsomething that has provided not only the medical help I need, but the financial stability to support my ********* if you're a veteran reading this, still unsure or waiting for a signthis is it. RUN, don't walk. Get your consultation. Ask your questions. Let Vet Comm help you claim the benefits you've already ********* ********* and the entire Vet Comm team: thank you from the bottom of my heart. You changed my life.

My name is **** ***** and Id like to say that everyone that I have worked with at Vetcomm has been awesome in helping me file my claims with the VA. They have been there for me every step of the way. The one on one phone conversations with guiding me on how I need to be when I show up to C/P exams and the prep videos are so much help. I cant say enough about the people at Vetcomm. Thank you all so much.
