I made the mistake of ordering BHB pills from this company. It was my understanding that I was paying for a 6 month supply of the "supplement". About 2 weeks later, I started receiving calls that the could not deliver to my address. Five weeks later a "shipment" did arrive in the mail. Today, I notice on my credit card that there was a $265 charge in March, a $*** charge in April and a #*** charge in May. This was not supposed to be a subscription or a repeating charge.I called two ***** numbers to have this fixed and I was told that I had to cancel within 30 days of initial purchase, not after receipt of product. How is that a money back guarantee? Then I was told that if a product was lost in shipping, that was our job to locate. Further, to cancel the third shipment, they would only refund half of the cost plus a $9 restocking fee.I have seen their ads claiming to be recommended by ***** and Shark Tank. Seems they have neither. Please do extensive research before ordering this, even though from Amazon.Initial Complaint

Company has an ad where you buy one product and then they ship something different and combine it with another product that you don't opt in for and invoices you for that as well. Secondly they continue to convince after the fact with out the request to have more. I have Sent this to my credit card company to report fraudInitial Complaint

I placed an order online and when I made my selection it said $49.95 during the ordering process but after I entered my card details it charged me $282.22. I called customer service number right away and was told that they were sorry, the system was down but she would would cancel my order and refund the money once it was back up and I didn't have to do anything more. This was on Mar 17 2023, I also sent an email that same day requesting a cancellation. A few days later I got an email that my package had been shipped, I called the support line again and was told that there was no record of my call and they have no note about cancelling my order. She was not helpful and kept interrupting me and basically said I never called before and what I was told was not the way things are done. It was not great service and when I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager she said there were none. I find that hard to believe. I asked if the system was down last Thursday when I first called she said no, so I was lied to. She said I can return the delivery once I am given an RMA number and wait 2-3 weeks for a full refund but there would be a re-stocking fee. I said there is no way I should be charged a fee as it was not my fault that the shipment was sent as I did cancel and I can get the report from my landline that I called right away to cancel. She put me on hold and said she will waive the re-stocking fee. Which makes me think there was a manager to approve that but I was not allowed to talk to them. She gave me an RMA number and told me to put return to sender on the package once I got it. I have taken this package to the post office to return to sender Mar 24. I had a tracking number for the return and sent it to them and they confirmed Mar 29 they received it. I am still waiting for a refund and I've followed up in the same email thread and all they say is it will take 2-3 weeks and ask for the tracking number which they already have. I ordered the product that was supposed to be gummies but were actually capsules and called BHB and not KetoMax. I received 6 bottles which were labelled as occasional use only. A month later, 6 more bottles arrived and this morning, yet another six! There is no information on the invoice about how to contact them and a web search has yielded no results either. I dont recall signing up for an unending subscription and cannot find a way to cancel it. I realize that I probably clicked the wrong button but now I just want to cancel any further shipments and cannot find a way to do so.Initial Complaint

I was charged ****** ******** on March 28,2023 for 5 bottles of Keto Max Capsules l received the order . On April 28th, 2023 l was charged ****** again. It was a one time order. I ordered keto max science gummies and they sent me BHB pills which they said were the same thing. If they are then they are lying about them assisting with weight loss as I have taken them for a month with them doing nothing. This is just a big scam, and they are incredibly hard to get a hold of. Order was placed Thursday March 9th / 2023 11:26 PM Mother placed an order clearly mislead as you can see in the screenshots - that it was advertised as cheaper. They MASSIVELY overcharged her. Very false advertising. Mother tries to contact company multiple times through email to no success and I have also checked - the email on their website DOES NOT work.And they will not answer the phones.Once she received a CONFIRMATION of the order and charge - then she was suddenly allowed to email them back.So far - they have told her you have to ship the products back to receive a refund. Which - I do work for Canada post their main carrier in ****** / on the website. That could take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to receive the package and then another 2-6 to ship back. Plus they will not cover cost of postage either. It is not cheap. What I am mad about - is this isnt the first time this has happened to people.They are targeting older people that also are not aware of these things.They also claim - that they cant refund it because the order has already been filled. Which is ******** because she had only ordered it maybe an hour or two prior. She was not able to successfully CONTACT anyone before it was filled because of a FALSE contact number and email on the website. All I want is for my mother to be REFUNDED for the order in FULL. I ordered this and it has had no effect on my weight at all - I tried to contact them for a refund - the phone says they are not there 24/7. I found and email address- but have had no reply from them - and now I can't fon that address again. I can find no other way to contact them and I really would like my money back for this worthless product especially when I see so many others discontented with them. Thank you.
