    I purchased a yoga mat and smaller mat from Suga at the end of November. Immediately after my purchase I got a confirmation email saying I would be notified when the items ship. I have emailed them on their customer email address multiple in December and heard nothing back. I would either like the products sent to me **** or a full refund.

    I purchased a Suga Mat C2G on July 19 2021. My mat is beginning to peel and come off on my hands and feet when it is being used. I am looking to replace the mat under the lifetime warranty . I have received no response from the companies customer service in weeks.

    I bought two C2G yoga mats that are supposed the have a lifetime warranty for replacement for a considerable markup. I reached out to Suga to initiate the replacement and mailed them back on April 9, 2024. They arrived at Suga on April 12th. Since then, I have received no updates and no response to my inquiries reaching out for more information. The are still selling these mats on their website.

    suga yoga mats offer a "cradle to grave" program where they will replace their worn yoga mat at any point in its life. The purchase price for this mat is considerably more as it comes with this "lifetime" warranty. I have tried to contact the company to redeem my warranty but it seems they do not exist anymore or do not respond to emails. Their social media page has been shutoff from commenting, although on their last post there are hundred of other complaints like mine. I want to make sure no one else gets scammed like I did--very unprofessional and they violated my trust

    I ordered a C2G mat (in which the company offers free replacements for life) on Mar 10, 2021, order # *****. I like others on this website have been unable to get in contact with the company through multiple attempts and methods (email, website form, etc.). After only 2 years, the mat is crumbling apart and is unusable. I want a replacement as I am due per the option I purchased, or a refund of the original $108 I paid.

    A few years ago (maybe 2) my father **************************** bought me a 'Cradle to Grave' yoga mat Suga sells. As described on their website, you use the mat until it falls apart, send it back with contact info, and they will replace it with a new one indefinitely. In comparison to the other mats they sell, this you pay extra so that you can recieve replacements.I sent mine in approximately two weeks ago via *** with my personal information enclosed for a replacement to their ********* location. I have tried to reach out to the via their customer service email address as well as through their web question page to try to get status updates and also inform them I have sent it in. In total, I have attempted to contact them 5 times (once with a different email address) to get a response. I have heard absolutely nothing back.The policy regarding the C2G (Cradle to Grave) mats are mentioned in this *** page.********************************************** While they no longer sell C2G mats, according to the *** they still honor their policy when they were selling them.

    On May 14, 2016, I ordered an extra large Suga Yoga Mat - Cradle to Grave (Order Number: #*****). According to **********************************************, "The SugaMat C2G (Cradle to Grave) is the same mat as the SugaMat but you're buying a mat for life. By purchasing a SugaMat C2G, if your mat ever wears out, just send it back and we'll send you a brand new one at our expense, no questions asked. With SugaMat C2G you're basically purchasing a service rather than a product." I have been reaching out to multiple email addresses (using different of my own emails as well in case there was some kind of spam block) as well as trying the contact form at **************************************************** to see about a replacement since late November. There's been no response at all to multiple inquiries. I'd like the company to contact me and for us to arrange a replacement, or I'd like a full refund of my purchase price so I can purchase a new quality yoga mat elsewhere.
