    Do not use this business for their services, they will ruin your rugs. First time using this business, will NEVER use again. We had five Persian rugs picked up for cleaning on 12/2/23 and they returned on 12/15/23. When I opened three of them, they all had three horizontal discolored lines on all of them. When I contacted the business and sent the pictures of the damaged rugs, they said after vacuuming the rugs, the lines will disappear. That was not the case. I contacted them again next day to let them know the discoloration is permanent and asked them to come and see it in person. **** (our contact at Rug Service Center) said he will in fact do nothing about it and he did not care. Worst customer **********************. A *****. Do not use this business, you will regret it. Rude. Unprofessional. They will ruin your rugs. One of the worse experiences I have ever had. They also are very dishonest when it comes to pricing.
