    August 1, 2024 I purchased 2-3 items from Gassys website. I received the 1st package on August 6th. The 2nd package did not arrive. I proceeded to reach out to Gassy via email and they mentioned that another package was on the way. Why was it 2 separate packages when I purchased the items on the same day. Mind you, they did not apologize or anything. They mentioned it would arrive on 8/12/24. On Monday, I expected the package and did not receive it at my door step. I have an email from them saying just that. I proceeded to email them for a follow up and they then stated that it was delivered on Saturday 8/10/2024 to a box? I do not have a box. My packages arrive to my doorstep. I asked Gassy for a refund or to file a claim as they put insurance on the package. Via email, someone name *** stated that she will not send a replacement or give a refund. Please assist with a replacement or refund. What kind of business refuse to give a replacement or refund if I never received product? Do not do business with this company. Any assistance to resolve this matter will be greatly appreciated. Gassy is being lazy and refuse to assist and referred me to ***** **** referred me back to Gassy as they put insurance on the package. I am not able to file a claim with ***** They will need to or simply issue a replacement or money back.

    I recently ordered a bunch of gummies and I pressed the double your gummies button wich was a "tip" thing and I only got what I originally ordered without doubling them. When I purchased them they were buy one get one free and I doubled them. I have the invoice which has the "tip" charged there. I recieved 6 gummies when I should have recieved 12. I also have a picture of the "tip" box that I pressed which was also labeled as "double your gummies"

    The brand Gassy ** put a cyber Monday Ad out to "enjoy a FREE GASSY BOX, on us." I signed up for the subscription and paying the shipping and handling like agreed to. Once receiving the package in the mail, there was one bag of gummies. The ad included "two gummies, 1 vape, 1 joint, and exclusive extras." I reached out to the support team to inquire where the rest of the package was and I was informed that they only send one bag of gummies then send the box after the 7 day trial. I have viewed this merchants terms and policies with the ad and nowhere does it state you get one bag of gummies. I would like for someone else to review this ad if possible. It seems to be fictitious advertising. I will forward you the emails between myself and the support team as well. Along with what else you all will be needing to look into this matter.
