On July 23rd 2024 I called RO KU Air Conditioning and Heating because my central home Air Conditioner was not working, two males from the company responded and began checking the Air Conditioning furnace in my garage, they said the Capacitor was weak and it would need to be replaced and the cost would be $380.00 dollars, after they completed the work I wrote them a check for $380.00. my Air Conditioner worked for about two hours and then stopped working again, I called the company back and one of the male that was there earlier responded and began checking the Air Conditioner again, this time he said that my thermostat was not working, but that possibly the motor blower was bad and that would be $1100.00, he said a new thermostat would be $275.00 dollars, I told him that a new thermostat was only $45.00. he said I know and never mentioned it again. He said the thermostat might fix it, I ordered the thermostat and it arrived three days later, I installed it in 10 minutes, but my Air Conditioner still would not work. If it was the motor blower from the beginning he could have told me the price and I would have gotten a few more estimates before paying him, also he never gave me a receipt I had to ask him for a business card. Needless to say am still sweating it out and out of $380.00 dollars. I contacted the company today 8/1/2024 at around 12:00pm and told them my problem, they said I would be contacted right away within 5 minutes by a company supervisor, it is now approximately 2:30pm and no responds from the company.
