    I paid for and completed a defensive driving course with this company and it's been a month and they have not provided my certificate of completion. I want my certificate or my money back.

    I paid for an online driving course and completed all the requirements. The company send me a congratulatory email but never sengt the certificate of completion that I need in order to submit to myinsurance company. I called repeatedly and rarely got through- always on hold. The one time I got through was told " it is in the mail," but it never arrived. I now am going to miss the deadline to submit and will lose the insurance discount.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by **** *****. Our goal is to provide excellent service, and we regret the inconvenience she experienced. The customers certificate was mailed the day after her course was completed. Unfortunately, the certificate appears to have been lost in transit, likely due to increased holiday mail volume. We did not receive notification of the issue from the student; however, had she reached out to us, we would have promptly issued and mailed a replacement certificate free of charge. Once we became aware of the problem through the BBB complaint, we immediately contacted Ms. ***** to resolve the matter. We provided her with proof of completion, which she confirmed was accepted by her insurance agency. While she is unable to rescind the complaint due to her holiday schedule, she acknowledged that the issue has been resolved to her satisfaction. We regret any frustration this caused and remain committed to ensuring our customers receive their certificates in a timely manner. Thank you for allowing us to address this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because: I am ACCEPTING the response from  the business with one correction: I did contact the business multiple times but it is almost impossible to get through on their phone. However, I did receive the certificate so the case has been resolved.
