    Dear X Legal Team,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to urgently request assistance regarding my X account, which was hacked on January 20, 2025. Despite my efforts to recover the account by changing my password, I have been unable to regain access due to two-factor authentication (2FA) being set up by the hacker on their device.I have made several attempts to resolve this issue through X's support team by creating multiple tickets, but I have not received any response or resolution to date. As of yesterday, I am no longer receiving any emails from X's support team, which leads me to believe that the hacker may have blocked or interfered with incoming emails to prevent me from getting the help I need.Given the prolonged lack of support and the potential compromise of my ability to receive communications from X, I am turning to you for immediate assistance. The hackers unauthorized access to my account is not only a security breach but also a direct violation of my privacy and personal information.     My ******* account was hacked, but the ******* customer service wouldn't deal with my problem, which has been unresolved for almost a month. I would like to request you to manually review and restore my account through this letter.     ******* / X suspended my account with any reason. When trying to find support help they have no way to contact a human. The bot keeps giving the same info that my account is banned but doesnt say what rules Ive broken. As far as I can tell there is no way to contact a human and this has been an issue with other people for years! I would like to have my account back or some human to talk to!

    Hello,Im sending this complaint because I have sent in my appeal for my FALSE suspension 8 days ago and still haven't heard back from support or even an answer regarding my appeals! My account (@echothorns) was wrongly suspended as I dont think I have broken any of the rules or guidelines of *******. I have been using that account for 3 years and have followed the guidelines as strictly as possible as the account is important to my livelihood and career as a young artist trying to branch out.     Subject: Unfair Account Suspension and Lack of Support from ******* I am filing this complaint against *******/X for suspending my account unfairly and refusing to provide adequate support or resolution despite multiple attempts to appeal.I am a ******* Premium (formerly ******* Blue) subscriber and rely heavily on my account (@Softlipska) for my main source of income, including engaging with clients and managing my business. Recently, my account was suspended for alleged violations of the platforms rules.     To Whom It May Concern,I am writing this email to ypu today because I am having bit of a spat with X today. They just suspended my account without any ****************************** as to why ? And I pay X per month for services on X. I am a verified customer of ********************** who has been paying X the VIP monthly subscription fee of $22 a month since last year. Why would I not get a through explanation of why my account has just automatically been suspended unless of course they are coming after me because of the news I post which is legal to do. They limit me, they harass me inside my account and constantly throttle my account and they've been doing this to my account for a few months now! And I think this is very unacceptable as a business to treat your customers this way! I did not violate any rules so why has my account been suspended? I would like someone to fix my account and get it back online again. I've canceled my monthly subscription to X until they decide to fix my account. This is very childish of X and having someone constantly threten me and my account just because I'm a Conservative could go towards becoming a liable Tort Against Xs business!     My ******* account that I use to ******* with my business associates has been suspended for 3 weeks, but I have been offered no reason as to why. I've filed an appeal request with X, however they only respond with BOTs telling me they've rceived my request. I have asked over and over WHAT I did wrong to cause my account suspended, but haven't been told anything.     I am an **** **** fan and follower but maybe I have been a fool. I am in shock at what a lie X truly is. Are we all living in a ********? You allow hundreds of Elon and ******* bots to harass and follow us refusing to delete them after reported, we cannot even see all our followers etc ( most of whom I block as they are fakes) You block and label people to limit them from sharing videos and views and comments with their 20 followers yet call yourself a free speech platform? Must we pay you and identify ourselves to actually have free speech as most of my comments get little to no responses so obviously I am hidden at the bottom of the cesspool, told to prove I am human etc. Support is a joke. I am starting to believe that we are being set up in a trap because once you join you can never really leave. You can only deactivate the account. No where gives us the option to delete. Either that or some of the staff running X are sabotaging the platform because unless you are in the elite spewing out the same ideas and opinions as the rest you will be silenced. I doubt that I will even get answer here. We will all stand before God someday. Then Elons money will no longer matter. We will all be equal. You be sure and tell Elon what I said.     Hello. I'd like to make an appeal due to a misunderstanding that has happened between my X account (@moonpia_) and the suspended X account @systemofthetism. The account of my friend was suspended wrongly when he hasn't broken any of the X rules.What happened in june 2023 (the reply that suspended him) Was that I made a sad comment of a character we are both familiar with in a joking way, and he replied to me in a hyperbolic way, which i did not take badly in the slightest. You can see that after his response, we both had a playful banter followed by what he said. In no way was I harmed or hurt by his words, and took them as a joke because i too, make the same jokes with *******, in accordance with X's What is not a violation of this policy? section: We recognize that some people use violent language as part of "hyperbolic speech" or "between friends" , so we also allow some forms of violent speech where its clear that there is no abusive or violent intent, e.g., Ill kill you for sending me that plot spoiler!. This is exactly what the user @systemofthetism did, a hyperbolic speech that i made under his response. As i have stated before,it was a joke, and i was not harmed.I can see that his post could have been seen as violence and threatening by X despite us having that humor, but please consider my own words when i say i was not harmed or offended in any way because i was aware that what he said was a joke. I plead you to consider this case with this in mind, since the post was only a joke between two close friends. I speak as the owner of the account @moonpia_ when i say i was not harmed by this joke, which is why im helping my friend today.Once again, i beg you to consider because as the person he was replying to, i was not hurt by his hyperbole because it was a joke between us to which I replied in the same way, and i hope you can please give us news soon.     On September 30th, 2023, my account was deactivated. I recieved no notice of this either to the verified email or verified phone number for the account. I would like a refund due to the fact my account was permanently suspended and I was not notified of what the alleged violation was or that it had even occurred.
