    In-N-Out Collision Services made repairs to our company vehicle, the repairs were satisfactory, and we paid them the amount that they told us that we owed. What we didn't do first was make sure that they gave us supporting documentation to match the amount that they told us that we owed, which is on us and should have been properly done before making payment to them. When provided with supporting documentation later by In-N-Out Collision Services, it didn't match the amount that we paid them. We made numerous attempts to acquire either supporting documentation to substantiate the amount that we paid them as being correct or be reimbursed for the difference if they made a mistake and overcharged us, but neither was ever done for us. For this reason I would be wary doing business with them.
