    :To Whom It May Concern,I'm writing to express my frustration and concern regarding the repairs done on my vehicle at Ace Performance in *********. On [date], I brought my truck to their shop to have a new driveshaft installed. However, the newly installed driveshaft failed catastrophically while I was driving on the freeway at approximately 65 mph. The resulting damage was severe, including:- Transmission failure with significant fluid leakage - Damage to the exhaust system, causing it to break loose and drag on the ground When I contacted the shop, the owner arranged for a tow truck and promised a full investigation into the cause of the failure. However, it's been over a week and a half, and I've yet to receive any clear communication about the root cause of the problem or a detailed plan for repairs.The shop owner has admitted fault but seems more interested in completing the repairs quickly rather than providing transparency about the cause and extent of the damage. I've requested information about the parts involved, but this hasn't been forthcoming. Furthermore, I've been told that I won't be provided with a rental vehicle while my truck is being *********** a consumer, I believe I have the right to know what happened, what parts were damaged, and what steps will be taken to ensure that such a failure doesn't happen again. I'm seeking guidance on my consumer rights and would like to explore options for holding the shop accountable for the damage.Specifically, I'm requesting:1. A detailed explanation of the cause of the driveshaft failure 2. A comprehensive list of damaged parts and necessary repairs 3. Consideration for a rental vehicle or compensation for alternative transportation 4. Permission to have my vehicle inspected by another shop to verify the extent of the damage and proposed repairs I would appreciate any guidance or support in resolving this matter.Sincerely,****** *****
