  Almost a year ago I purchased a Niner pedal assist mountain bike from Bike Bling. I picked up the bike and when I got it home I opened the box that came with it and the keys for the battery were missing. I called the shop and got the run around. I went into the shop and was assured that if they did not find the keys then a set would be ordered for me. I took the bike into the shop for my free first service and again asked the employees about the keys. I was told that I needed to get them the serial numbers for the bike and the lock. I told them that they now had the bike in their shop and they could get whatever they wanted from the bike itself. Two weeks later when I went into the shop to pick up my bike I was told that they had ordered the keys from Niner. Still to this day I have yet to receive the heys or a replacement lock from Bike Bling. I feel that once they make a sale their customer service goes right out the window. I never once received a phone call from the employees or the owner giving me an update on the key issue. Will never go back and will always tell anyone looking for a bike or parts to avoid this store.

  I've order from Bike Bling multiple times over the past 12 years and never had an issue. This time the item I ordered was on backorder and wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. Owner ********************* e-mailed and called me personally to follow up and ensure my son got his present on time. ***** upgraded me to a better model that was in stock at a steep discount. Thank you very much! I'll be back.

  I reserved an Orbea Gain in November, 2021. They shipped it to me a month later. That was sooner than expected, given the troubles that bike stores have had getting bikes and parts during the pandemic. Recently I ordered a battery extender for the bike and there was no issue at all.One should realize when they say items are on backorder maybe you should hold off ordering it. Also, I used email with their sales folks and had no difficulty obtaining service.

  I ordered and paid via paypal for an air pump near $140 , month later and still they have not shipped my item. No follow up and 90% of the time their phone just rings and no answer. Hopefully this is an isolated bad experience and they are better than what I experienced. Finally got to get a hold of someone and was able to cancel the order.
