    I have money in a Company benefit plan Commuter account that I have been trying to access for a parking reimbursement for the last few months. I've been told by the Tri-ad ************* Department 'supervisor" that they do see more than enough money in the account, but for some reason one of their employees moved it the entire balance out of the account on 6/26/22, and I do not know where that money is now! I've submitted reimbursement requests several times, following their directives EXACTLY, but the requests have been denied. claiming the request exceeds the balance in my FSA Parking Account! I've asked several times to have this escalated, as my company is switching providers at the end of August, 2022, and I do not want to lose my money! They refuse to have a manager or decision maker address this issue with me directly, telling me to wait until my money is moved over at the end of August. Please help!

    This client is transitioning their commuter plan to another vendor. It is the responsibility of the Plan Sponsor (client) and the new provider to notify participants of the change in administrator and any restrictions on accessing balances, blackout periods, account access information, etc. When contacted, TRI-AD relayed meaningful transition information to ****, explaining the blackout and transition. Restrictions and access to funds are not limited to ****. They impact all participants and are common when switching administrators. TRI-AD provided all pertinent information to **** when requested.
