    ***** is very honest. We had some cellphone connection issues and had a hard time communicating, but once it was resolved, all was good. He fixed my treadmill so that it worked as good as new. Even though it was a discontinued unit, he found the parts and got it running again. I would not hesitate to use ***** again.

    In my 78 years, I've never been treated so contemptuously by a person or a company as I have by ******************* and his company Gym Equipment Services to the extent that I am now having to take him to smalls claims court for the $732 I paid him and have also made an official complaint to the ***************************.I employed him to repair my Nordic Track treadmill on August 30th. He advised me I needed a new circuit board which I would have to pay for up-front. He also recommended a new walking belt and a new drive belt and that it would be better if he put them on there and then as he was on site, and it would save time and money which I agreed to let him do on the understanding he would finish the repair. There would be little value in replacing them if he couldn't repair the machine.Since then, despite numerous emails, texts, promises and assurances, after almost a quarter of a year, he has not returned to complete the work. Eventually, after I had chased him down, he gave me a date when he would be getting the parts. That was over 4 weeks ago and needless to say, up to his usual standard, he was not as good as his word. My last email, 3 weeks ago, I asked him to let me have the part number, where he ordered it from and his order number. Response - NOTHING - which makes me question whether he even ordered the parts.This is a person who has, in my opinion, no moral compass and, despite his BIG talk, is nothing but a charlatan and should be avoided like the plague.
