    need with this contractor his license is #******************************! He is currently doing work on my home from a plugged toilet! He was referred by my plumber Get Rooter, owner is ******! So when ****** was called out in July of 2023 his team had to make repeated attempts to clear the clog. They blamed my septic. ************** said no its not. So ****** brought in ********************, SOS , and the above contractor. I didnt go looking for any of them! They all showed up at once with some kind of machine saying my home is old n damaged. But it didnt have anything to do with the first issue! So they saw a Senior Woman who was grieving the loss of her spouse and they took advantage of me! They ripped out all of my Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and the laundry room! The embaitmen, SOS boxed up everything so that I cant reach any utensils nor my staple food items! They left huge holes in my home! I had an infestation of rodents coming n going at well! I have pics of the earlier holes! I still have traps everywhere! I have rodent f**** throughout my house! No one has cleaned it up! Its been 8 months now with No Kitchen Access! StateFarm isnt paying for my food Nor Water! ******************** put an $18k lien on my home! A/S contractor kept the first whole check of $26k I thought he would pay the teams that came in, since I didnt go looking for them. So ******************** ambushed me at the bank so that he could get a partial payment even before SOS , who came in first! Now A/s Contracting is asking for more money or he will put a STOP WORK & / or a lien on my home! I reported him to Chase my bank bc they have the title of home! I keep asking for a receipt from the stores or even for labor and I have nothing! I paid Get Rooter over $13k and now that same toilet is doing the same thing! They told me to contact **************, I did. And now with new damage to my new bathroom he isnt taking responsibility! I even told him yesterday I will go to the BBB

    This review is very inaccurate .  yes this is my customer and she is elderly and she was dealing with several companies as mentioned in her complaint. Her issue is not with us. I have a contract and work authorization from her. We are not the plumbing company. We have nothing to do with the septic. We are not her plumber. We are not the abatement company, nor are we the mitigation company on this project .  We were the general contractors that put everything back after the damage . We were recommended to her Back in August we followed up to see if she wants our services . She went with our services. She is  elderly and very confused. Its been difficult dealing with her throughout this process. At the current moment, we have done more than 50% of the project and collected less than 50% deposit therefore we are asking for a progress payment to finish the project. Otherwise we are putting a stop .  We never mentioned putting a lien on her property because theres no need. We simply told her we would not proceed with work if we cannot get a progress payment.

    The abatement company had put a lien on her house when they did not receive payment from the insurance company this is normal protocol. Nevertheless,  my company paid the Abatement portion out of our initial deposit so that way the lien would be taken off her house. We have done everything to help her in this matter, but she wants to contact collectively group us with the other entities. This is not fair or correct.
