    I contracted Classic Home Improvements to do a home renovation in my home on 08/12/22 and signed a contract for the work that included an entire kitchen renovation, a bathroom remodel and a new kitchen sliding door. Classic home improvements started work in my home right after we signed the contract and was halfway throught with the project this month and failed to complete the job. They have abandoned my project and have failed to contact me or any of the hired trades to complete the work. I have called the company numerous times but no one has answered and the office is now closed. I have not received any explanation to why they abruptly closed nor have I been notified by mail. This is very frustrating and my kitchen is not done, I am missing supplies and materials on top of it and this is unacceptable for this licensed contractor to fail the binding contractual obligation.

    I signed a contract with this company to remodel my kitchen, unpaid $55,000 for materials and they filed bankruptcy and closed their doors

    On 03/27/2023 I entered into a contract with Classic Home Improvements in the amount of $133,788.00 for exterior renovation of my home, including stuccoing the entire house and a remove and relay of the concrete tile roof. I have paid $95,000.00 in progress payments thus far.No work has been done since 08/03/2023 (5 work days) with no explanation. I have emailed, texted, and called the project manager and the sales rep, and got no response. I have tried calling the company offices and they are not answering any phone extensions. Its like they have vanished.Thanks.

    We contracted Classic Home Improvements in August of 2022, to begin work on an exterior remodel of our home in October of 2022. After numerous issues and conflicts (please read attached document), ********************* and ******************* told us that they could not fix the issues they caused in our stucco and exterior until the rain stopped. They even printed out a certificate saying as such. I reached out in February by phone to ****, who told me it was too soon. I received an e-mail from **** in March assuring me, "don't worry, we haven't forgotten" and that it was still too soon. I called again in May, and was told it was still "too soon." We have now been calling and e-mail both **** and the main office with absolutely no response. We have called and left voicemails and e-mail messages since July 28th. Our house stucco is badly discolored and damaged, in addition to the numerous other peeling/cracking paint on our exterior *****, and the poor work that we repeatedly pointed our to both **** and ****, with no avail. The company is now not even backing their "promise" to come back and fix the work. Please read the document for the full experience and to see pictures. Thank you.
