    My elderly mother had appointment for $85 atticcleaning, sales *** came in and of course he said that we had rodent droppings and continued to give my elderly mother his sales pitch..I came into the kitchen where they were sitting he quoted her $7000 complete clean up, ceiling of any holes and respray of new insulation. He then stated to us both that we would get a guaranteed $2,333 tax credit..I stepped in and said are you sure! Because $7000 is way too much and offered $5000, but he guaranteed us that tax credit and stated..its like getting $2,333 back wich would make it around the $5000 price you asked for. I made him document it in the sales brochure he left us...the crew came and did the job but got insulation all over the house causing my elderly mother to have to go to the er for evaluation and shots. She still has to go to sniffles and itches ******** every other month. So tax time came around and guess what...NO TAX CREDIT AVAILABLE TO **! The crew also missed 40 ft of ceiling space above my laundry room Inside the house ..I just happen to have a access door to it and checked to be sure they completed the job..again No they did not having me to have to make more time available for them to return and complete the job..attica played it off as extra work instead of apologizing and finishing it.I have been trying to contact attica regarding this issue but all I get is a recording saying. Good bye! I did complete a survey with the financing company and they called me back and after the conversation the gentleman said sorry we can't help you??? Than why did you contact me in the first place.I believe his name was *****?Now I have to file a complaint with the bbb and possibly Court to get our guaranteed $2,333 out of Attica for misleading my elderly mother by this young sales person whom absolutely took advantage of an elderly woman which is also against the law! Watch out, and don't accept their expensive offer
