    The staff is mortifying! Rude left us in room this summer dialated eyes outside Was 107 no air in the room Option to move nothing . Post op appointments for a single mother who is very tight on schedule and has small Window they didnt want to bend told me in October the could get Me in January then another lady came On said Friday and laughed at me told me She was trying to work with me At this point I tried To explain I just Returning to work and if even another office which wouldnt help me Either I ended up going to another ** and retina specialist since Before My Retina attachment As week I met with a ** ****** who disregarded everything every flag the pharmacy Have him regarding my Meds told me he wore The white coat I knew nothing asked me why I wasnt told that the nurse oxide bubble I had put in previously I wasnt told I should go so far in elevation he yelled at me since I live in the mountains . It was impossible to get them to sign my papers for disability as well . My original ** ******** was supposed to see me I got sick and my Son had Covid and I wasnt able to return and every time I called they would not for the life of me reschedule my Appointment I since have glaucoma , had cataract and eyeritis , and now loss of vision more than to begin with and because it took so long to get to my ** at all the retina piece Formed and a funnel and now as of today are nonoperative i truly believe if I was able to schedule even the new call system Im still waiting on call Backs and now Im directed no matter what to Voicemail . ** ****** was above and baying rude and disrespectful ** ******** was great and so was ** ****** in my incounters I also had spoke with a Partner once I did he was on call that night after that it Was horrible to even get an appointment and now I have no chance of getting my vision back at **************************************************************************************************************************************** my vision

    I have been trying to get a refund from a clinic visit, and eyewear, based on one clinic visit in November 2022. The Escondido office used insurance information they found online that was not my correct active insurance at the time, hence this problem. They submitted a claim to the wrong insurance company. This is why I was told I needed to pay an office visit copay, and for eyeglasses, that my active insurance at that time would have covered. ******* (the supervisor of the clinic) has been the only person who has tried to help me. She told me I paid $170 out of pocket for eyeglasses in Jan 2023. ******* is in the process of helping me get a refund for the $49 office copay (of which I should have paid zero dollars). I have spoken to every member of the billing department, and the management team/billing department, over the course of the last year. ******* has emailed *******, the field office manager, about my issue 6 TIMES, she has gotten no response. I have spoken to numerous billing representatives, ***, ***, ***, *****, etc. NONE of them have returned my call, in a year. I cannot speak to a manager directly. I have been given every excuse there is. I was told she has no office, no office phone number. She is not in the office. She's having a family emergency. I was told they cannot transfer a call to a manager, because their phone system does not allow it. I was told my issue was still 'being researched' (after a year). I was even told by ***** (in the billing office) that this was My fault because i wasn't 'proactive enough' when I checked in for my appointment. The business office has made it Impossible to reach anyone to get any resolution. After over a year, I am fed up. The lack of service, the lies, the disrespect, and their business tactics put in place designed to Not have to deal with a patient/client issue, is deplorable.
