5 starsI am completely satisfied with the work done by *** and his team. From the quote to timely completion of the project, everything was done professionally and with all my concerns addressed. The quote was detailed and did not present any surprises. We had a particular problem with the garage door that needed to be stripped and restored. It looks like new. I thank ***** and his paint crew for the excellent work they did on the garage and the complete exterior of the house. ***** and his team showed up each day on time and communicated their goals for each day. It felt reassuring during the process that everything would be done with quality in mind. Stop scrolling and call *** at ************************. Exterior painting can be a big investment, so we read dozens of reviews and received three estimates to make sure the job would be done right. *** personally scheduled an appointment for an estimate (and arrived on time), walked us through the process/products, and met the painting crew on day one. ***** and his crew are professional, detail orientated painters who noticed and addressed imperfections on the stucco surface before carefully masking and painting. ***** made a "spot on" color match and ensured both coats were carefully applied. Daily clean up. No cutting corners. I have high expectations and Certa Pro delivered.CertaPro Painters of North San Diego

CertaPro Painters of North San Diego did an excellent job re-painting and repairing the exterior of our 2-story house set on a hill and built over the garage. The house was badly in need of repainting. The CertaPro team did a great job explaining what needed to be done and recommending specific needed repairs. Their work was completed in a highly professional and thorough manner, including an honest and straight forward initial contract. We highly recommend this company.CertaPro Painters of North San Diego

We used CertaPro to paint our cabinets and kitchen/bathrooms. Because we had new appliances installed prior to the painting, we were very particular about protecting these during their work. However, the on-site team was fantastic. They were very aware of our concerns and gladly took precautions to ensure everything was protected. The team was also very communicative during the project so we were aware of what was taking place, and how long it would take.We had an initial walk through of our project to get the quote, and again to kick off the project, and the work was done exactly how they explained it, and on time and budget. It pains me to write this review. The team did a good job with the project but doesn't want to finish it.I called ******* when the job was done and told him that there was one small area that hadn't been done even though it had been marked out to do. It got lost in the shuffle.After he told me that he never got the message, (??), we agreed that paint would be left out for someone to come and finish the job. That was nine days ago with no action being taken. Since then I've found another area where dark paint was dripped on a lighter color and left there.I do feel bad, like I said. But when the job is completed and the client is ignored, it's time to look somewhere else.CertaPro Painters of North San Diego
