      I am writing to express my concern regarding my sons PlayStation account, which has been banned following a payment dispute initiated through our bank. Several unauthorized charges appeared on my sons card, and I had reason to believe the card was either lost or compromised. As a precaution, I reported the transaction to the bank, and a dispute was initiated. Unfortunately, this resulted in his PlayStation account being banned. He had purchased and owned multiple game through this account this account where were paid for legitimately. It is completely unacceptable for his to lose access to content he rightfully purchased. It PlayStation chooses not to reinstate the account, a full refund of all purchases made on this account should be issued. I am kindly requesting restoration of the account my son can regain access to his legitimately purchased content.

      On August the 7th 2024 there was multiple unauthorized charges to my card I reached out to PlayStation to let them know that there was no way I made all them purchase instead they denied me and told me it's my fault so I reached out to Chime trying to dispute the transaction but they denied my dispute there is no way a person going to spend $311.74 on a game so I'll come to y'all for help.

      I was charged ***** recurring payment from PlayStation Network. I don't sure what it is for. Most likely I activated something for my kid. Anyway, we don't use it any more. Now I'm trying to unsubscribe, but no one of my emails match. I don't sure if I ever had an account with ************************. I called *********** many times, unfortunately they are always busy. I really am not sure what I can do next. I would like to unsubscribe and get a refund for *****.

      This ******************************** has overcharged my account multiple times and I have closed my card and reported this transaction to the hope federal credit union has showed it could be both parties scamming would like clarity

      I own a digital console and I have owned different models each year ones comes out and NEVER returned a thing. Unfortunately, I went the route of a digital version of a console and every now and then it gets bugs or glitches in the games when you download. I have a game that has one of those glitches, ************* 2 and I cant play it. They will not refund even though Im willing to uninstall the game and remove it from my console, and they still wont refund. Horrible service from the assistant and she lied to me. From what I can see is this has been done on more than one customer based off of reviews. They steal money from consumers.

      My PlayStation account has been compromised and I cant get it back live chat and phone support wont help me Im a streamer and Im trying to regain my account so I can stream I really dont know whats going on

      I playing on my PlayStation 4 and I noticed I had some new content that was added onto my system that I did not purchase. I checked the purchase history and found that about 22 purchases was made using 2 of my debit cards that was attached to my account. I contacted playstation and spoke to a representative. The representative said that I was the one that made the purchases because a similar purchase was made from the same type of system. I was trying to tell the representative that my husband has a PlayStation 5 but he's currently not living with me and the purchase I did authorize was a game I told him he could buy using my account for when I wanted to play it to when visiting him. But the representative ignored me and told me I could not be refunded for purchases that I didn't make. But he removed my card information from my account and requested I change my password. The purchases were made on January 15, 2023 for various DLC for the **** game. I own every **** game on my PC which is what I prefer to play on. I wouldn't waste money buying this game on a system I never liked playing it on.

      I was banned for no reason and they won't tell me why I was banned from PlayStation or anything so I would like to be unbanned from PlayStation my email is ********************* and my playstation id is FaZePoison1
