    North County Vacuum appears to be a SCAM company...We have been trying for the entire month of October to get North County Vacuum to come out to our house to reinstall the muffler that melted and fell off. ******* (*****) *******, the owner, has been stringing us along by promising he would send out his employees to repair our central vacuum unit. Phone calls, text messages and e-mails were used to communicate with *****, but he has decided to no longer respond for almost 2 weeks.North County Vacuum installed the Vacuflo central vacuum unit on April 8, 2022. He quickly scheduled the appointment to install the system however, servicing it when maintenance is required seems to be an issue for North County Vacuum. ***** told us during one of the calls, I can send you the part and you can connect it on your own. We told him we were willing to try but he never sent the part and failed to communicate from that point on.The North County Vacuum website lists the original business phone number, which was recently disconnected. It appears he is winding down his business. BUYER BEWARE!(see Yelp, for a more detailed review, dated 10/30/2024).
