We've been trying to get our medical equipment for my husbands c-pap machine, they claim they never received the prescription via fax from his primary care physician. We contacted primary care physician and they verified it was sent. Broadway Medical still has not confirmed if it has been received, or offered to reach out to the provider to get this issue resolved. We are playing games between Broadway Medical and our doctors office over a fax! A quick phone call could resolve this all, yet no one is willing to do this, why? My husband is still in limbo and is considering switching providers, which we've used in the past but switched because Broadway Medical was said to be better, I think we are now regretting this decision. Sometimes the staff can be friendly, other times they come off as rude and you're an inconvenience to them. They need to do their job!Broadway Medical

In order for us to get paid by Insurance company's we are required to have current documents signed by the Doctor on file showing the ongoing medical for CPAP supplies. Our records show that we faxed these documents four times to the Doctor's ****** with the first request sent on 12/23/2022.The supplies were shipped on 02/14/2023 and delivered on 02/21/2023.
