    We rented a property managed by Gray for 11 years. They took forever when anything broke. Last summer we had to stay in a hotel room for 3 nights because they kept neglecting to get the ** fixed during a dangerous heat wave. We just moved out of the Gray property because we bought a house. Gray Property Management threatened to take us to collections if we didn't pay $4000 to fund their refurbishing project on the aging property - new appliances, new floors, new gate/fencing... Don't be intimidated by unscrupulous property management companies like ****. Know your rights. You are not obligated to pay for natural wear and tear or refurbishing when moving out of a rental property. Work with Gray Property Management at your own risk.
