      On Jun 28th between 4:45pm to 5:10Pm I arrived at Red Dog Shredding on ****************** I arrived, I was the only customer at the site. I told the employee I had five small garbage bags for shredding, and I needed help because i am handicapped. I need a cane to get around and I cannot lift more than 10 pounds due to a recent stroke. The employee came out with a bin and placed all the bags in the bin. He said it would be $50.00. I said ok and he went to the truck to empty the bin. I waited in the lobby area, and he came back and again told me it was $50.00. I placed my credit card in the reader and gave him a $5.00 tip. He asked me for a receipt, and I said I didn't need it since I will check my debit card for the transaction.I should be reimbursed the full amount of $69.00 due to the deception of this deceitful person. Again, this was not a mistake and he took advantage of me. He knew this would be he said she said but I have four witnesses to attest I only have five small garbage bags.As I was checking my daily transaction the next day on 29June I noticed the amount to be $69.00. This was not what I was told the amount was. The employee deceived me and charged extra. I have been to this place numerous times over the years and I have never had a problem. He took advantage of my condition, but he didn't think I would check. My son in law who is a CHP officer loaded my vehicle. He offered to take it to get shredded, but I told him I have gone numerous times. When I left the business that day there was no one waiting in the lobby, nor did anyone show up in the parking lot. This person did not make a mistake as he performed the transaction in front of me and I did not authorize this amount.
