    Technician came to our home on 2/20/24 to repair our refrigerator. He installed a new fan and light but within 7 days the same problem occurred - loud noise and food freezing inside the fridge. Our daughter was home at the time, paid by check, but technician did not leave receipt. We have left several messages on their company voicemail but without any reply. Help! Thank you.

    Hello all

    This is Aneury owner and technician for solano appliances repair **** on Feb 20th i visited ************************************* at ****************************, to repair her cooktop, the cooktop was assined by her home warranty Americn home shield, she mentioned that her refigetatot brand GE was not cooling properlly becouse she have a home warranty i mentioned that she should call the warranty to do the repair and she need it to pay a deductible of $100 i believe but it can take multples   day s for me or any tech return to fix the refrigerator, we both agreed for me to fix the refrigirator on feb 20th becouse i have the parts need it, i intalled a evaporator fan an one led ligh all works normal, i asked for $180 she paid $200 by check, this repair is noemaly cost $400 becouse they were very nice peaple i give her a discount. l had left a business card that have office number an my number total of 3 difernt phone number that she can reach out.  

     

    NOTE

    my assistence and l looked every where for missed called an we did not found any voice mail or ,issed called from number ************ oun our record,  i wanna mention that *********************** have all 3 phone numbers for Solano appliances repair *** becouse i have been to her property multiples times

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I think its important to emphasize that this business does not answer calls during normal business hours. It is very frustrating and unprofessional. Their response is that they have multiple telephone numbers - if so then make that clear online where consumers look for business contact info. I misplaced their business card so I only used the telephone number that I found online. My husband also called numerous times. 

    We spent several hours emptying our fridge, defrosting it, and installing a new fan. Its our opinion that the technician did not complete the installation properly which is why the fridge wasnt working after he left. Please provide us with a refund of $180. Thank you.
