    I signed up to the web site for Anolon, ********* company when I was in market for a good frying pan. This was six months ago.I started getting marketing emails from the company, sometimes, 3-4 per day.After my purchase was over, I asked Anolon, to stop sending any more marketing or other types of emails. Their emails that I receive does not have a link to unsubscribe. Got assurance numerous times from one Mr. ******** that they will remove my email from their marketing system, but not done. I am warning other prospective customers not to sign up for any promotions with Anolon, Cookware company, as you will not be able to get them off your back!Ajit

    Placed an order for cookware on 1/20/24. Website states same or next day shipping. I have heard not one word since. When you try to get information they have you open a ticket with no reply. When you call nothing. Basically ghosted .

    I placed and order & after the confirmation email, never heard another word. They won't respond to phone calls - which go straight to voice *********** won't respond to emails.

    Poor customer service and failure to deliver products. Ordered products on January 7, ****. Anolon took my money and still have not received replies or our order. Have filed several ticket numbers and called by phone. No response by the company.

    I bought some cookware with lids for my wife. Everything arrived when specified but one of the lids was too small for the pan.I notified the company and they sent a return email indicating that a claim ticket has been created and I would here from the company in 2-5 working days. When I didn't hear anything I sent a follow up email. Again no word so I tried to call the 800 number only to get voice prompts that never go to a live person.I've accepted that fact that this is not a reputable company and will probably never see a resolution to my problem."Let the buyer beware".I'm leaving a One Star Review because it would not accept no stars.

    The purchase was easy, when we realized we had ordered the wrong pan the trouble began. **************** cannot be reached by phone, you are directed to a web site and asked to fill out a form for a ticket number. Then you are given a ticket number and told you will receive an email with instructions on how to return. The email with instructions never shows up. Despite multiple requests for a phone call or a response to the emails we have heard nothing from the company. They are horrible to work with and we will not do business with them anymore. i see why they get an F rating.

    I placed an order on on 12/16/2023 and received my order on 12/**/2023. On 12/20/2023, I opened a ticket to return item (ticket #**XX43). On 12/29/2023 I requested a status update so I can return my unopened purchase. The status show "Being Processed" I have received no response either by phone or email. When you call all you get is a recording. On their website this is their return policy:To return an item from your order, or your entire order, please click here to initiate your return. You will be redirected to our support page where you will find a ticketing form for this process. Once redirected, please click on "Submit a Ticket". As you begin to fill out the web form, the inquiry topic that needs to be selected is called "Return Request". The form will ask for pertinent information pertaining to your order and the reason for your return. Once the form is completed, the ticket will be submitted directly to our support team who will respond within 1-3 business days with return instructions. If any assistance is needed with this process, or if you have general questions on the return policy, please email us directly.

    I placed a $200 order for ********************* cookware almost a month ago and havent received any updates. Their website states items ship in 1-2 business days. I called their customer service number and was referred to open a ticket on their website by an automated recording. I did that and still havent received a response, nor my order.
